FTIR法研究环氧树脂固化反应动力学

用傅里叶红外光谱（ＦＴＩＲ）法研究了双酚Ｓ环氧树脂和甲溴双酚Ａ环氧树脂分别与二胺基二苯砜在恒温条件下的固化反应动力学,得出了各反应的表观活化能。     

二甲基甲酰胺在聚乙烯膜表面的等离子体聚合

通过二甲基甲酰胺的等离子体聚合作用，对聚乙烯膜进行表面改性。研究了等离子体工艺参数对聚合物膜沉积速度的影响，用ＦＴＩＲ、ＸＰＳ分析了聚合物膜的组成结构，测定了改性聚乙烯膜的接触角和表面。     

聚乙烯接枝马来酸盐离聚体FTIR的研究

以聚乙烯－马来酸酐接枝共聚物为基础，合成马来酸型的碱金属（Ｎａ和Ｋ）、碱土金属（Ｍｇ和Ｃａ）及过渡金属（Ｚｎ和Ｃｄ）离聚体，详细研究了它们在不同中的度下的ＦＴＩＲ光谱的变化规律，探讨它们的形成的机理及其聚集态的结构膜型。     

重质石油中含氮化合物的形态及分布分析Ⅲ

用萃取－层析法分离出了南京管输油馏分中的含氮化合物，用ＧＣ－ＭＳ和ＦＴＩＲ对含氮化合物组分作了定性鉴定，所得结果与ＡＰＩ离子交换分离法作了比较。     

正常中老年520例部分呼气流量-容积曲线探讨

对２０～８６岁正常中老年５２０例的部分呼气流量－容积（ＰＥＦＶ）曲线及有关肺功能指标作了测定，并用多元逐步回归分析法建立了功能残气位呼气流量（ＶＦＲＣ）、用容积校正的ＶＦＲＣ／ＦＶＣ、各肺容积流量Ｖ７５、Ｖ５０、Ｖ２５以及比时间常数Ｓτ７５、Ｓτ５０、Ｓτ２５的回归方程。ＶＦＲＣ随年龄增长而下降；经容积校正后的ＶＦＲＣ／ＦＶＣ与年龄的相关性下降。将回归方程用正常人参数作回代检查证明其正确性。结果提示ＰＥＦＶ曲线方法简便，具有理论研究和临床应用意义。     

PMMA／PVC二元混物的相容性

利用差热扫描量热计（ＤＳＣ）、红外光谱仪（ＦＴＩＲ）、扫描电镜（ＳＥＭ）和力学性能测试等手段研究了ＰＭＭＡ／ＰＶＣ二元共混体系的形态结构和性能。结果表明,ＰＭＭＡ和ＰＶＣ之间存在较强的特殊相互作用力,在一定配比范围内为一良好相容体系,这与Ｆｏｘ方程和Ｈａｍａｄａ修正方程估算的结果吻合。     

吸收及界面内反射对逆向二波混合的影响

以Shooting法为基础,研究了吸收、增益和晶体厚度对光折变晶体中逆向二波混合的影响,对近似计算所引起的误差进行了讨论。对晶体表面内反射对光束透过率的影响,提出了以Shooting法为基础的自洽计算方法,计算了透过率与晶体表面反射率的关系。     

含磷FCC催化剂的酸性研究

利用磷酸对高岭土进行处理，制取不同含磷量的活性基质，然后与分子筛、填充物等组合成ＦＣＣ催化剂。在用ＦＴＩＲ技术和ＭＡＴ试验等催化剂表征手段对其表征之后，发现酸性，酸密度和强度等与催化剂的裂化性能有很大关系；所制５种不同含磷量催化剂的酸性特征随含磷量的变化而较有规律地变化。     

PA1010／丁基橡胶磺酸盐共混体系组分间相互作用和体系相容…

ＰＡ１０１０／丁基橡胶磺酸锌盐共混体系的ＤＳＣ、ＦＴＩＲ、固体ＮＭＲ结果表明两组份之间存在强的相互作用，ＤＭＡ结果表明随锌盐的比例增加，两组份相容性增加，并产生混合新相。ＰＡ１０１０／丁基橡胶磺酸钠盐共混体系中两组份之间的相互作用不明显，相容性较差。ＳＥＭ结果与上述结果完全吻合。     

新型硫—卤玻璃的形成和性质

研究了新型Ａｓ＿２Ｓｅ＿３－ＧｅＴｅ－Ｃｕｌ系统玻璃形成区，制备了一系列不同ＣｕＩ或ＧｅＴｅ含量的玻璃，并测定其转变温度、密度、显微硬度、断裂韧性、膨胀系数、红外透过率和反射率。结果表明：该系统玻璃的形成范围很大，玻璃转变温度在１７０～２３０℃，显微硬度在１３０～１９０ｋｇ／ｍｍ￣２，断裂韧性在０．３０～０．５０ＭＮ／ｍ￣（３／２），膨胀系数在１４５×１０￣（－７）～２１５×１０￣（－７）℃，红外透过截止波长超过１９μｍ，反射率在２０％左右。并初步从结构的观，或讨论了玻璃性质变化的规律。

Acupuncture Treatment of Vomiting

CASE HISTORY A female patient, 46 years old, head of the foreign affairs department of a certain university in Beijing, paid her first visit on October 9, 2006, with the chief complaint of vomiting for one month. She got vomiting after meals in early September. Before that, she had discomfortable sensation in the stomach due to angry with others, but she didn't pay much attention. Later, it developed into vomiting after eating. After the vomiting, the discomfort would be relieved, but with slight hypodynamia. She was once diagnosed as having 'neurogenic vomiting'. Having taken some western and Chinese drugs, the above symptoms were a little bit improved, but she would have nausea upon eating and with regurgitation. Because of the fear for vomiting, she did not dare to have food intake, with body weight reduction of 6 kilos in one month.     

Qiu Baoguo''''s Experience in Treating Consumptive Syndromes after Radio-Chemotherapies

Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the important modern medical therapies for malignant tumors,yet they can also bring about serious local and systemic toxic side reactions so to decrease the patient;'s life quality,manifested by a series of consumptive symptoms.Having engaged in the combined work of Chinese and western medicine for nearly 50 years,the research fellow Qiu Baoguo in Henan Provincial Academy of TCM has developed his unique views on the TCM study of consumptive syndromes.The author of this essay had once the fortune tO follow Dr.Qiu in clinic,and specially would like to introduce in the following Dr.Qiu's experience in treating consumptive syndromes after radio-chemotherapies for patients with malignant tumor.     

Insomnia Due to Deficiency of Both the Heart and Spleen Treated by Acupuncture-Moxibustion and Chinese Tuina

OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic effects of the comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen. METHODS: 92 cases were divided randomly into the treatment group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina) and the control group (treated by acupuncture-moxibustion). RESULTS: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group (the CHI2 test showed P < 0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The comprehensive therapy of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese Tuina can give marked therapeutic effects for treatment of insomnia due to deficiency of both the heart and spleen.     

Analysis of CK-19,PDX-1,Nestin,Ngn3 in different donor islet purity in rats

Objective: To investigate if there are the CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells in the donor islets of different purity in rats. Methods: Thirty male adult SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Islets were isolated using digestion by ductal injection of collagenase. Group Ⅰ (n=10): Separating cell preparations were not purified, Group Ⅱ(n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% Ficoll400 ,Group Ⅲ (n=10): Islet sediment was purified with 25% and 11% Ficoll-400. The levels of protein of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin and Ngn3 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 was amplified by RT-PCR. Results: After two different purification methods applied, three islet preparations of different purities were obtained. The difference of islet purity was significant among various groups (P＜0.05). Compared with group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,the protein and mRNA of CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin,Ngn3 were both higher in group Ⅰ; group Ⅲ was poorly expressed. Conclusions: The three different islet purity donor islet have different CK-19, PDX-1, Nestin, Ngn3 positive cells within them, indicating that there are some islet stem cells in the purified donor islet.

Acupuncture Combined with Spinal Tui Na for Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea in 30 Cases

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects in acupunture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea combined with spinal Tui Na, and study its mechanism. Methods: Thirty cases of the treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na, and thirty cases in the control group were treated by routine acupuncture. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, and 73.3% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions: Acupuncture combined with spinal Tui Na has good prospects for treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
