Background: The modern technology seeks to obtain alternative materials that could effectively stimulate acupuncture points.There is storage of research with non-invasive acupuncture materials.The repetitive strain injuries are causes for absenteeism from work.In some professions, these injuries are more evident.Objective: To study the effect of the tablets of silicon oxide on acupuncture points to prevent repetitive strain injuries in race walkers military students.Methods: This study was an observational analytic case.The sample consisted of 104 volunteers who were divided into two groups.Group 1 was treatment group and group 2 was control group.Students were from the School Officer Training at the Academy of Military Police Guatupê, located in Pinhais–PR, Brazil.The study subjects of both sexes, aged between 18 and 25 years have shown no injury by miotendinitis.The application of silicon tablets in the volunteers happened once a week and was instructed to remain with the tablets for 5 d.The applications had a total duration of three months, totally 10 sessions for each volunteer.The acupuncture points ST36, BL57 and GB34 were used for applying the tablets.Results: There was a difference of 32% less incidence of lowerlimb injuries by miotendinitis in the treated group compared to the control group.Conclusion: In this study, the use of tablets of silicon oxide in selected acupuncture points was effective.We recommend this use for prevention of repetitive strain injury in the legs.  相似文献

Study on Quality Standard of Xiaoyanzhililing Tablets

Abstract: Objective: To develop effective methods for Xiaoyanzhililing Tablets. Methods:TLC was performed to identify Sophora flavescens Ait. The Matrine and Oxymatrine of Sophora flaveseens Ait., and Trimethoprim were determined by HPLC. Results: (2)The identification study showed strong specificity. (2)The standard curve Matrine of by HPLC was linear in the range of 0. 0845μg- 1. 0560μg, r = 0. 9999; The average recovery was 100.9% ,and RSD was 2.3% ; The standard curve of Oxymatrine by HPLC was linear in the range of 0. 0600μg - 0. 7500μg, r = 0. 9993 ; The average recovery was 100.8%, and RSD was 2.4% ;(3)The standard curve of Trimethoprim by HPLC was linear in the range of 1.03 μg- 12.91 μg, r = 1. 0000 ; The average recovery was 100.6%, and RSD was 0.93% ; Conclutions: The methods are sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It could be used in the quality control of Xiaoyanzhililing tablets.  相似文献

Objective To observe the curative effect of complex melanteritum pill in treating anemia of hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 50 patients were randomly recrutied into a control group(20 patients)and a treatment group(30 patients).The treatment group was treated by Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets,50 μg qd,and complex melanteritum pill,nine pills/time,three times daily;while the control group was treated by levothyroxine sodium tablets,50 μg qd.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks,without blood transfusion,adding iron and folic acid and vitamin B12,etc;Results The basic cure rate and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 50.0%and 80.0%respectively;the basic cure rate and the total effective rate in the control group was 30.0%.and 50.0%respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups by comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion Complex melanteritum pill was effective in treating hypothyroidism with few side effects.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effect of Gushenyutai plaster administered at the Guanyuan(CV4) acupoint on male infertility associated with semen non-liquefaction.METHODS: Sixty-two male patients with infertility caused by semen non-liquefaction were random-ized into a treatment and control group. The control group received comprehensive therapy, which included oral administration of clarithromycin sustained release tablets, hip bath with Zhongyaoxiaoyan granules, prostate massage, and transurethral microwave treatment. The treatment group was administered Gushenyutai plaster in addition to the comprehensive therapy. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. After treatment, the clinical effect and pregnancy rate were assessed and compared between the two groups.RESULTS: The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(96.77% vs 70.97%, P〈0.05) and the pregnancy rates of the treatment group and control groups were 38.71% and 16.13%, respectively(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION: The effect of Gushenyutai plaster plus comprehensive therapy was better than that of the comprehensive therapy alone on male infertility induced by semen non-liquefaction.  相似文献

Objective: Tea polyphenols are natural extracts used widely throughout the world. However, the severe astringency of tea polyphenols has reduced patient compliance. Based on the analysis of the formation mechanism of astringency, this paper hopes to propose a new method to control the astringency of tea polyphenols and improve patient compliance without changing its effect. Methods: Artificial saliva was used to prepare the tea polyphenols solution with different pH, using β-casein to imitate salivary protein, and preparing 1.2 mg/mL β-casein solution. A fluorescence quenching test was used to study the interaction between tea polyphenols and β-casein, combined with the stability test results of the compound, we can choose the pH with weak binding but good stability as the best pH for masking astringency. The taste-masking tablets were prepared under the best pH conditions, and the Xinnaojian Original Tablets were prepared according to the conventional preparation method. The disintegration time limit and solubility were tested respectively. The astringency of Xinnaojian original tablets and taste-masking tablets was evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS). Results: The result of the fluorescence quenching test prompted that the combination force was the weakest when the pH was 4.9. Further synchronous fluorescence analysis showed that an increase in pH resulted in a decrease of the binding sites between tea polyphenols and β-casein, and this decrease was closely related to changes in tryptophan residues in β-casein. Both original and taste-masking Xinnaojian Tablets were prepared. Volunteers’ VAS scores illustrated that the astringency improved significantly with the masking tablets (P < 0.05). Conclusion: This pH-adjusting masking treatment had little effect on the recovery of polyphenols from the tablets or the dissolution of the tablets. This study provides a novel and feasible astringency masking technology for tea polyphenols and its preparation.  相似文献

To study the effect of Yiqi Bushen Koufuye (益气补肾口服液 Oral Liquid for Invigorating Qi and Tonifying the Kidney) combined with chemotherapy on postoperative metastasis of stomach cancer. Methods: The 47 cases of postoperative stomach cancer with the syndrome of deficiency of both the spleen and kidney were divided randomly into the treatment group (28 cases), and the control group (19 cases). The control group was treated simply by chemotherapy; while the treatment group, was treated with Yiqi Bushen Koufuye in addition to chemotherapy. The effect was observed 12 months later on local relapse and distal metastasis, the life quality, peripheral hemogram, and immunologic function. Results: The rates of postoperative relapse and metastasis of the treatment group were obviously lower than those of the control group (P〈0.05). The Karnofasky scores, peripheral hemogram and immunologic function of the treatment group were obviously improved in comparison with the control group (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Bushen Koufuye combined with chemotherapy is effective in preventing postoperative metastasis of stomach cancer, increasing sensitivity and decreasing toxins, and improving the life quality and immunologic function of the patient.  相似文献

AIM: To profile the chemical constituents in Jinqi Jiangtang tablets. METHOD: Based on the chromatographic retention behavior, fragmentation patterns of chemical components, and published lit- eratures, a high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization quadrnpole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-Q-TOF/MS) method was established to characterize and identify components in Jinqi Jiangtang tablets. RESULTS: A total of 52 chemical compounds, including eight iridoid glycosides, seven phenolic acids, twelve alkaloids, six fla- vonoids, and nineteen saponins, were identified in Jinqi Jiangtang tablets. CONCLUSION: The established method could serve as a powerful tool for structural characterization and quality control of this Chinese herbal preparation.  相似文献

Objective To study the effect of treating gouty arthritis with Chinese herbal medicines. Methods 64 patients were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group, with 32 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with taking self-made Qingrelishijiedu formula orally and applying Sanhuang powder externally, while the control group was treated with Xinhuang tablets. Results The cure rate of the healing group was 95.45% in comparison with 86.06%in the control group, showing obvious difference (t=3.25, P<0.05). The level of blood uric acid of both group reduced after the treatment. The level of blood uric acid of the treatment group was (498.2±79.1) μmol/L before the treatment and (338.6±39.9 ) μmol/L after the treatment, contrasting to (492.3 ± 87.5 ) μ mol/L and ( 396.2 ± 67.3 ) μmol/L in the control group. The difference was also statistically obvious (t=3.09, P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of treating gouty arthritis by Chinese herbal medicine both orally taken and externally applied was better than western medicine exclusively.  相似文献

Objective: In this study, a comprehensive and effective quality method for evaluating the efficacy of ShuXueNing injection (SXNI) was developed. Materials and Methods: Quantitative high?performance liquid chromatography fingerprint, the quantitative analysis of multicomponents by a single marker (QAMS) method, hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA)?, and orthogonal partial leastsquares discrimination analysis (OPLS?DA) were used to distinguish 53 batches of SXNI samples from 7 manufacturers. Results: A total of 53 batches of samples were analyzed to establish antithesis fingerprint of SXNI, and 12 peaks of the common model were collected and used for the similarity analysis. Meanwhile, six index flavonoid components were determined by the QAMS method, using rutin as internal reference substance. The accuracy of the QAMS method was confirmed by investigating the relative deviation between the QAMS method and the traditional external standard method. The results demonstrated that there was no significant difference (RE < 1%), suggesting that QAMS was a reliable and convenient method for the content determination of multiple components. The HCA and OPLS?DA methods drew a similar conclusion. The 53 batches of SXNI samples from 7 manufacturers were categorized into five groups, indicating that chemometrics could reveal the quality differences of SXNI between the manufacturers. Conclusions: The method established herein was efficient and successful in assessing the quality of SXNI, and that it may be potentially employed in the quality control of related products composed of Ginkgo biloba extract.  相似文献
