通过对比10种红景天属植物气相色谱发现:蔗糖和峰A存在于所有19个样品中,且含量较高。而公认有效成分红景天甙,仅在5种植物中的含量高于0.3%。有5种植物中含有百脉根甙,以狭叶红景天中含量最高。红景天甙和百脉根甙的含量,随产地和种的差异变化较大。 相似文献

目的:建立HPLC测定红景天枸杞片中红景天苷的含量的方法。方法:采用WelchC18色谱柱(4.6mm×250nm,5μm),流动相:以水-乙腈进行梯度洗脱;检测波长:275nm,流速:1.0m1.min^-1,柱温:35℃。结果:红景天苷在39.2~392μg·ml^-1浓度范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998,n=6),平均加样回收率为98.6%,RSD=0.70%(n=6)。结论:本法简便,结果准确,重现性好,可作为红景天枸杞片的质量控制。 相似文献

ETHNOPHARMACOLOGICAL RELEVANCE: Rhodiola sacra (Crassulaceae) exhibits cardiovascular bioactivities and is used in Tibetan medicine for promoting circulation and preventing hypertension. However, the underlying mechanisms of its cardiovascular effects are poorly understood. AIM OF THE STUDY: The aim of this study was therefore to evaluate the cardiovascular activity of water-soluble fraction (WtF) and n-butanol-soluble fraction (BtF) of Rhodiola sacra radix and to explore its mechanism of action in propofol anesthetized Sprague-Dawley rats. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The changes of blood pressure, heart rate and cardiac contractility after systemic administration of the extracts (10-75mg/kg) were examined for at least 40min. Different antagonists were used to evaluate the mechanisms of cardiovascular effects of the extracts. RESULTS: Intravenous injection of the WtF (10, 25, 35, 50 or 75mg/kg) exhibited dose-dependent hypotension and increases in heart rate and cardiac contractility. In contrast, mild alterations in the same cardiovascular parameters were detected only at high dose (75mg/kg) BtF. The WtF-induced hypotensive, positive inotropic and chronotropic effects were significantly abolished by pretreatment with hexamethonium (30mg/kg, i.v.) or reserpine (5mg/kg, i.v.), whereas the hypotensive, but not the positive inotropic or chronotropic effect was potentiated by captopril (2.5mg/kg, i.v.). Pretreatment with methylatropine (1mg/kg, i.v.), on the other hand, reversed the positive inotropic and chronotropic but not the hypotensive effects of WtF. The WtF-induced cardiovascular responses were not affected in rats pretreated with N(G)-nitro-l-arginine methyl ester (20mg/kg, i.v.). CONCLUSIONS: We conclude that systemic administration of the WtF of Rhodiola sacra radix elicited a potent hypotensive effect that was mediated by the withdrawal of sympathetic vasomotor tone and interaction with the circulatory angiotensin system. The positive inotropic and chronotropic effects of WtF may result from a direct vagal inhibition on the heart. 相似文献

The active-oxygen scavenging activity of 70 traditional herbal medicines used in China and Japan as nourishing tonics were evaluated by electron spin resonance (ESR) technique, in order to evaluate their effectiveness for anti-aging and to search for new active-oxygen scavengers from natural resources. Most of the 70 herbal medicines showed scavenging activity with various intensities. Areca catechu (methanol extract), Dendrobium plicatile (methanol extract), Juglans regia (water extract), Paeonia lactiflora (methanol extract), Psychotria serpens (water and methanol extracts), Rhodiola sacra (water and methanol extracts) and Uncaria rhynchophylla (water extract) especially showed strong scavenging activity against superoxide anion radical (*O2-), while J. regia (water and methanol extracts), Morus alba (water extract) and Schisandra chinensis (water extract) revealed strong scavenging activity against hydroxyl radical (HO*). In addition, the active-oxygen scavenging activities of 19 compounds isolated from R. sacra were also examined, and hydroquinone (1), caffeic acid (3), protocatechuic acid (6), gallic acid (7), (-)-epigallocatechin 3-O-gallate (8), 3-O-galloylepigallocatechin-(4beta-->8)-epigallocatechin+ ++ 3-O-gallate (10), heterodendrin (17) and gallic acid 4-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (19) were found to show mild or strong inhibitory activity against superoxide anion radical (*O2-), while 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (2), 3, 4-hydroxycinnamic acid (4), 6-8 and 19 inhibited hydroxyl radical (OH*). 目的系统评价红景天治疗慢性稳定性心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法网络检索Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普数据库(VIP)、中文期刊全文数据库(CNKI)数据库截止2013年4月已发表的中、英文临床研究文献。纳入红景天或联合西药与西药常规比较治疗慢性稳定性心绞痛的随机对照试验,按照数据提取表提取数据,采用Cochrane手册临床试验质量评价标准评价文献质量,应用Rev Man 5.2软件对资料进行荟萃分析。结局的效应指标以比值比(OR)及其95%可信区间(CI)表示。结果 7篇随机对照试验共662例慢性稳定性心绞痛患者符合纳入标准,全部为中文文献,无1篇设计科学,评价质量高的文献。与单纯西药常规治疗比较,联用口服红景天对心绞痛的症状临床疗效有效率优于常规治疗(OR=2.49,95%CI:1.02~6.09),加用静脉滴注红景天其症状疗效亦优于常规治疗(OR=4.86,95%CI:2.4~9.82);口服红景天不能提高心电图疗效[OR=1.25,95%CI:0.67~2.34),静脉用药则可提高临床疗效(OR=2.94,95%CI:1.61~5.35)。在常规治疗的基础上,静脉加用红景天可改善患者高低切变率全血黏度,逆方差(IV)分别为-1.36、-0.99,95%CI分别为-1.65~-1.07、-1.26~-0.71,而不能降低患者纤维蛋白原和D-二聚体水平;单纯常规治疗不良反应发生率高于加用红景天组(OR=0.1,95%CI:0.02~0.51)。结论在常规治疗基础上,红景天可进一步改善患者的心绞痛症状,加用静脉用药可以提高心电图改善率,降低不良反应。但由于纳入研究的方法学质量较低、样本数目偏少,干预周期偏短等因素影响,该结论需要设计科学合理,样本数更大,且实施严格的多中心临床试验加以验证。 相似文献

目的 对大花红景天中的化学成分进行研究。方法 以体积分数80%乙醇对大花红景天进行提取,提取物经乙酸乙酯萃取后,采用各种柱色谱技术进行分离,利用NMR,MS等光谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果 从大花红景天中分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为9,9′-丙叉基异落叶松脂醇(1),对羟基苯丙烯酸(2),对羟基苯丙烯酸4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3),Tachioside(4),二氢松柏苷(5),2-苯乙基-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),2-苯乙基-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖-(1→6)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(7),2-苯乙基-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖-(1→6)-α-L-呋喃阿拉伯糖苷(8),2-苯乙基-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-木糖苷(9),1-苯甲基-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10),rhodiocyanoside D(11)。结论 所有化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到,且化合物1,3,4,5,7,9为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 相似文献

目的观察高山红景天(Rhodiola sachalinesis A.Bor)对对乙酰氨基酚(Acetaminophen.AAP)所致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法用红景天醇提物或红景天水提物1 g/kg给小鼠灌胃1 h后,灌1 g/kg的对乙酰氨基酚,观察小鼠死亡率的变化;提前1 h用不同剂量的红景天醇提物或红景天水提物处理后,再灌0.5 g/kg的对乙酰氨基酚,以血清中天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST/GOT),丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT/GPT),观察红景天醇提物及红景天水提物对肝损伤的保护作用[1]。结果给小鼠对乙酰氨基酚1 g/kg灌胃组,24 h后可致80%小鼠死亡;提前1 h用红景天醇提物及红景天水提物灌胃其死亡率可分别下降至30%和20%,而且能不同程度降低血清中AST,ALT的含量,与水飞蓟素无明显差别。结论红景天醇提物及红景天水提物对对乙酰氨基酚所致小鼠急性肝损伤有一定保护作用。 相似文献
