为了研究北沙参的化学成分,通过大孔树脂吸附柱色谱、 Sephadex LH-20及反相ODS柱色谱进行化合物的分离, 利用多种波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。从醇提物的乙酸乙酯溶部分, 分离得到1个新化合物, 命名为可来灵素D(glehlinoside D,1), 以及5个已知化合物: 裂异落叶松脂醇(2)、 阿魏酸(3)、 咖啡酸(4)、 香草酸(5)和丁香苷(6)。化合物1为一新的8-O-4′型异木脂素类化合物。  相似文献

From the marine bryozoan Bugula neritina inhabiting South China Sea, a new ceramide named (2S,3R,4E)-2-(14′-methyl-pentadecanoylamino)-4-octadecene-l,3-diol (1) and a new cerebroside named 1-O-(β-d-glucopyranosyl)-(2S,3R,4E)-2-(heptadecanoylamino)-4-octadecene-l,3-diol (6), together with one known ceramide (2) and three known cerebrosides (3, 4, and 5), were isolated. Their structures were deduced by extensive spectral analysis and chemical evidences. Compound 1 is branched with a methyl [–CH(CH3)2] in the fatty acid moiety, which is a rare structural feature among ceramides. Compound 6 is a new cerebroside with 17 carbons in the fatty acid moiety, while 5 is a new natural product which was isolated from a natural origin for the first time.  相似文献

Two new flavanes, (2R,4S)-2′,4′-dihydroxy-2H-furan-(3″,4″:8,7)-flavan-4-ol (1) and (2S)-2′,4′-dihydroxy-7-methoxyl-8-butyricflavane (2), together with four known flavonoids, were isolated from the leaves of Morus alba L. Two new caffeoyl quinic acid α-glucosides, together with three known caffeoyl quinic acids and five known flavonoid glucosides, were isolated from the leaves of Moringa oleifera Lam. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated as 4-O-(4′-O-α-d-glucopyranosyl)-caffeoyl quinic acid (1) and 4-O-(3′-O-α-d-glucopyranosyl)-caffeoyl quinic acid (2) by spectroscopic analyses.  相似文献

A new diarylheptanoid, along with five known diarylheptanoids, was isolated from the rhizomes of Alpinia officinarum (Zingiberaceae). A new sesquiterpene lactone glycoside (1) and a new quinic acid methyl ester (2) were isolated from Patrinia villosa, together with another two known compounds chlorogenic acid n-butyl ester (3), 3, 4-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester (4). Their structures were established using 1D/2D-NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and comparing with spectroscopic data reported in the literature.  相似文献

Two new flavonoids, 6,8,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-2′-methoxy-7-methylisoflavanone (1) and 6,8,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-2′-methoxy-6′-(1,1-dimethylallyl)-isoflavone (2), were isolated from the 95% ethanolic extract of the dried roots of Lespedeza cuneata together with betulinic acid (3), β-sitosterol (4), hexacosanoic acid 2,3-dihydroxy-propyl ester (5), which were isolated from this plant for the first time. A new para-quinone-type flavan, (2S)-7-methoxy-3′,4′-dihydroxy-5,8-quinoflavan (1), together with three known compounds, were isolated from the leaves of Ilex centrochinensis. Their structures were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic analyses for new structure and in comparison with published data for known compounds. Moreover, the new compound was evaluated its cytotoxic and anti-inflammatory activities in vitro on LPS induced RAW 264.7 cells and the results showed that 1 has promising anti-inflammatory activities.  相似文献

目的:研究我国民间草药草苁蓉[Boschniakia rossica (Cham.et Schltdl) Fedtsch.et Flerov.]的化学成分。方法:草苁蓉全草醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位经硅胶柱色谱和制备薄层分离,分得8个化合物。通过波谱和化学方法鉴定了它们的结构。结果:8个化合物的结构分别鉴定为4,5,6-三羟基噢酮(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、β-谷甾醇3-O-β-D-葡糖苷(3)、7-去氧-8-表马钱子酸(4)、没食子酸(5)、肉桂酸(6)、咖啡酸(7)和草苁蓉纳拉苷(8)。结论:4,5,6-三羟基噢酮(1)为新的噢酮化合物,4个已知化合物:7-去氧-8-表马钱子酸(4)、没食子酸(5)、肉桂酸(6)、咖啡酸(7)为首次从草苁蓉中分得。  相似文献

Two new 4-arylcoumarins, 7,4′-dihydroxy-6,8-dimethoxy-4-phenylcoumarin (1) and 7-hydroxy-6,8,4′-trimethoxy-4-phenylcoumarin (2), together with four known compounds were isolated from the seeds of Calophyllum polyanthum. The structures of the new compounds were determined by extensive spectroscopic analyses, and the structure of compound 2 was confirmed by X-ray crystallography analysis. Both new compounds exhibited significant cell protective activities against H2O2-induced human umbilical vein endothelial cell damage.  相似文献

Two new 3,4-seco-lanostane-type triterpenes, named as 15α-hydroxy-3,4-seco-lanosta-4(28),8,24-triene-3,21-dioic acid (1), 5α-hydroxy-3,4-seco-lanosta-4(28),8,24-triene-3,21-dioic acid 3-methyl ester (2), and one new lanostane triterpene 15α-acetoxylhydroxytrametenolic acid (3) together with a known one versisponic acid D (4) were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Laetiporus sulphureus var. miniatus. Their structures were determined on the basis of extensive spectroscopic methods and comparison with reported data. All four compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicities against five human cancer cell lines; however, none exhibited inhibitory effects.  相似文献

继续报道从紫红獐牙菜Sivertia punicea Hemsl,全草中分得的另八个化合物(Ⅰ~Ⅷ)的结构,经光谱解析,I的结构推定为6′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基獐牙菜甙(6′-O-β-D-glucopyranosylsweroside,Ⅰ),为一新的裂环环烯醚萜甙类化合物,命名为紫药苦甙(swertiapunimarin),Ⅱ~Ⅷ的结构分别鉴定为獐牙菜甙(sweroside,Ⅱ)、獐牙菜苦甙(swertiamarin,Ⅲ)、齐墩果酸(oleanolic acid,Ⅳ)、胡萝卜甙(daucosterol.Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(B-sitosterol,Ⅵ)、2,3-二羟基-1,4-苯二甲酸(2,3-dihydroxy-1,4-benzodicarboxylic acid,Ⅶ)及methylswertianin.以上均首次从该植物中得到。  相似文献

A new phenolic compound, 4-dehydrochebulic acid-1,6-dimethyl ester (2) was isolated from the leaves of Sapium insigne (Royle) Benth. ex Hook. fil. (Euphorbiaceae) along with three known compounds gallic acid (1), brevifolin carboxylic acid (3) and fraxin (4). To explore secondary metabolites in deep-sea sediment metagenomic clone-derived Escherichia coli fermentation broth, different kinds of chromatography methods were used in the isolation procedures, while the structures of the isolated compounds were assigned based on the MS analysis and their 1H and 13C NMR spectra including 2D NMR techniques such as COSY, HMQC, and HMBC experiments. As a result, a novel compound was isolated and characterized as N-{1-[4-(acetylamino)phenyl]-3-hydroxy-1-(1H-indol-3-yl)propan-2-yl}-2,2-dichloroacetamide (1). In addition, eight known compounds were also obtained. Fatty acid amide hydrolase and monoacylglycerol lipase were used to screen analgesic activity, and the new compound showed analgesic activity to some extent in pharmacological test.  相似文献

目的:分离鉴定栾树(Koelreuteria paniculata Laxm)叶的化学成分。方法:95%工业EtOH浸提,硅胶柱色谱分离,IR,MS,UV,1HNMR,13CNMR等方法确定结构。结果:分得14个化合物,分别为对-二没食子酰乙酯(ethyl-p-digallate)(1),间二没食子酰乙酯(ethyl-m-digallate)(2),对-二没食子酸(p-digalloyl acid)(3),间-二没食子酸(m-digalloyl acid)(4),2″-没食子酰基槲皮素苷(quercitrin-2″-gallate)(5),没食子酸(galloyl acid)(6),没食子酸乙酯(ethyl galloyl acid)(7),鞣花酸(ellagic acid)(8),槲皮苷(quercitrin)(9),金丝桃苷(hyperin)(10),山奈酚-3-O-鼠李糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-rhamnoside)(11),2″-没食子酰金丝桃苷(hyperin-2″-gallate)(12),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol)(13),β-谷甾醇-3-O-葡糖苷(β-sitosterol 3-O-gluceroside)(14)。结论:对-二没食子酰乙酯(ethyl-p-digallate)(1),间二没食子酰乙酯(ethyl-m-digallate)(2),对-二没食子酸(p-digalloyl acid)(3)为新化合物,化合物4,5,8~12和14系首次从该植物中分得。并首次系统归属其波谱信号。  相似文献

A new prenylflavanone dimer named bis-sigmodiol was isolated from Erythrina sigmoidea, along with six known constituents isobavachin, lupiwighteone, orientanol A, ergosta-4, 6, 8 (14), 22-tetraen-3-one, lupenyl acetate, and p-hydroxybenzoic acid. These known constituents have not been reported so far from E. sigmoidea. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

A new p-hydroxybenzoic acid derivative named 4-(2′R, 4′-dihydroxybutoxy) benzoic acid (1) was isolated from the fermentation of Penicillium sp. R22 in Nerium indicum. The structure was elucidated by means of spectroscopic (HR-ESI-MS, NMR, IR, UV) and X-ray crystallographic methods. The antibacterial and antifungal activity of compound 1 was tested, and the results showed that compound 1 revealed potent antifungal activity against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Alternaria alternata, and Alteranria brassicae with MIC value of 31.2 μg/ml.  相似文献

The preparation of the 4-sulfobenzyl esters of 18 amino acid derivatives is described. This carboxyl protecting group was introduced according to Hubbuch et al. (1980). The caesium or dicyclohexylammonium salts of N-terminal protected amino acids were reacted with 4-(bromomethyl)benzenesulfonate (1). After N-terminal deblocking, the amino acid-4-sulfobenzyl esters were isolated as zwitterions. The protecting group was removable by catalytic hydrogenation and by saponification. The 4-sulfobenzyl esters could be easily converted to amides and hydrazides. They were stable to 2 M hydrogen bromide in acetic acid as well as to a 10-fold excess of trifluoromethane sulfonic acid in trifluoro-acetic acid. The behaviours of +H2-Gly-Phe-Leu-OBzl-SO-3 and the corresponding methyl, benzyl and 4-nitrobenzyl esters were compared under various conditions.  相似文献
