通过将输液监控终端采集到的数据无线传输到主控PC机,实现一种远程输液监控系统设计。系统硬件采用红外对射脉冲传感器和称重传感器,分别对输液滴速和余量进行监测,经下位单片机STC90C516RD的数据处理,通过WIFI无线传输到上位PC机开发的输液监控软件,实现护理工作站对整个病房的输液实时监控。经测试,当滴速异常、输液余量达到设定值时,系统将主动发出报警指令,符合系统准确性设计要求。该系统对于降低医护人员的工作强度,降低输液风险,提高医疗效率有一定的临床应用意义。  相似文献

目的:伴随着生活水平的提高、生活节奏的加快、工作压力的增大,高血压疾病呈现出年轻化的趋势,因此近年来便携式、家庭化的动态血压监测系统成为研究热点。本文即阐述一种动态血压监测系统的设计,该系统能实现对患者血压24h的动态监测,且能将监测到的数据在PC机上显示,为高血压疾病的预防、诊断、治疗及治疗效果提供重要参考信息。方法:该系统由全自动充气放气袖带、压力传感器、信号调理电路、AD转换器、单片机控制模块、按键、存储卡、显示器件及PC机监测软件等部分组成。其中,该系统采用MSP430449单片机作为下位机,实现血压的检测、采集、存储及充放气模块电机的控制;PC机作为上位机,采用VS2010实现该系统监测界面的设计,采用Access作为数据库;单片机和PC机之间通过RS232实现数据通信。结果:该系统能实现对血压的动态监测,监测界面可以设置病人信息,设置通信协议,以柱状图、饼图、拟合线、数据报表等形式显示被测试者的测量数据,界面生动形象。结论:该监测系统能够有效的实现对血压的24h动态监测,监测到的数据能够以图表的形式显示,显示界面简洁友好,便于操作,因此该系统既可用于医院病房,亦可用于家庭,通用性较强。  相似文献

本文介绍了一个基于串行通信接口的虚拟仪器在医疗仪器方面的应用,本系统主要用于胎儿心电信号监测。系统由两部分组成:以51单片机为核心硬件的数据采集装置和PC平台上的软件分析系统,单片机与PC机的串行通信采用RS232接口,软件采用LabVIEW7.0开发平台编程实现。实验测试结果证明,这种方法性能稳定、测量精度高。  相似文献

目的:在心脏辅助泵血装置的研制过程中,需要一款携带方便、抗干扰能力强的心音采集与处理系统实现对心音的准确采集,同时能够将采集到的信号进行分析。方法:本文以单片机和Visual C++6.0为基础设计了一款便携式心音采集与处理系统;该系统通过随身携带的部件采集心音信号并利用蓝牙技术无线传输到PC机,实现信号的保存和和处理。结果:该系统能实现心音信号的采集、保存、波形的实时显示、采样频率设置、心音包络提取等。结论:采用该系统采集了二尖瓣区的心音信号并提取了其包络,通过与专业设备采集的数据和处理结果对比,证明该心音采集和处理系统采集的信号准确性高、可靠性强,提取的包络效果良好。  相似文献

介绍了一种基于通用串行总线(USB)接口的心音信号采集、分析和处理系统。该系统包括高性能的心音传感器、预处理电路、A/D转换电路和与PC机通信的USB高速接口电路。心音信号经过传感器采集,通过预处理电路的放大、滤波,再经过A/D转换电路送到单片机,单片机把现场采集到的数据及时可靠地传递给PC机。通过实验表明,该系统能无创、快速、廉价和客观量化地对心血管病人和健康人的心肌收缩能力进行检测和评估,并为心力储备的评估提供了一个可靠的技术平台。  相似文献

目的为识别上肢动作并应用于人机交互领域以及为相关患者提供上肢康复训练,设计一个无线表面肌电信号采集及识别系统。方法系统主要由硬件部分与软件部分组成。硬件设计方面,由增强型80C51作为各个模块的控制中心。贴片电极采集的肌电信号,经仪表放大器AD8422放大处理,并进行A/D转换,最后通过无线方式将信号发送给接收盒并传送至PC。软件设计方面,在VC平台下,通过均方根、自回归系数提取特征值,利用支持向量机算法进行动作模式识别。结果设备的采集部分体积为37 mm×27 mm×15 mm,可方便地实现穿戴式,上位机部分则可以满足对信号的各种分析以及作为人机交互界面。结论该系统可实现对患者的康复训练,也可扩展到游戏娱乐。  相似文献

目的 设计一种用于心理状态评估的多参数生命体征信号无线传输方案.方法 采用C8051F350片上系统,在应用层定义数据帧结构,包括通道号、控制字和数据等信息,实现各节点数据分通道有序进入上位机缓存区;在缓存区采用5s1格、1格至少48组数据的传输速率,既匹配上位机图像的动态显示,又实现各通道采集信号的稳定有序传输.结果 系统经过工作实验验证,当通信距离稳定在10~15m时,上位机动态显示平滑曲线及数据,符合系统设计需求,并且数据帧优化后的发送功率能够降低到普通模式的1/12.整个系统体积小,功耗低,便于携带.结论 本研究的多体征参数无线传输系统消除了与受试者相连的数据线,不影响其正常活动,有利于真实地反映受试者的心理状态,可为心理评估提供了一种可靠的检测手段.  相似文献

This paper investigates a general coupled noisy system for a cell-cell communication in a multi-cell system. The main conclusion is that appropriate noise intensity and coupling strength are capable of driving the coupled system to synchrony, which may be exploited by biological organisms to actively facilitate mutual communication. A multi-cell system with a synthetic gene network with both noises and delays is adopted to demonstrate the effect of noises on cellular communication.  相似文献

介绍了一种微型、低功耗双向短距离射频通讯系统,此系统可用于植入式或口服式生物遥测装置.此系统由位于体内的微型射频收发器和体外的数据存储器组成,系统所用的通讯频率位于ISM波段,微型收发器与数据存储器之间使用半双工方式通讯,使用FSK调制方式实现了双向数字通讯.此系统体积小、功耗低、接口简单,可直接与单片机连接,便于组成各种短距离生物遥测系统.我们利用此系统组成一种口服式人体消化道生理参数检测装置,并对此装置进行了初步的动物实验.  相似文献

Abstract

This paper presents a wireless, miniaturized, bi-directional telemetric artificial anal sphincter system that can be used for controlling patients' anal incontinence. The artificial anal sphincter system is mainly composed of an executive mechanism, a wireless power supply system and a wireless communication system. The wireless communication system consists of an internal RF transceiver, an internal RF antenna, a data transmission pathway, an external RF antenna and an external RF control transceiver. A micro NMHA (Normal Mode Helical Antenna) has been used for the transceiver of the internal wireless communication system and a quarter wave-length whip antenna of 7.75?cm has been used for the external wireless communication system. The RF carrier frequency of wireless communication is located in a license-free 433.1?MHz ISM (Industry, Science, and Medical) band. The radiation characteristics and SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) are evaluated using the finite difference time-domain method and 3D human body model. Results show that the SAR values of the antenna satisfy the ICNIRP (International Commission on Nonionizing Radiation Protection) limitations.  相似文献

This paper reports a miniature, low power, two-channel, bidirectional wireless communication system that can be used in the first generation of micro gastrointestinal (GI) robots. The system consists of a miniature RF transceiver embedded in the GI robot and a control station outside the body. ISM band radio frequency (approx. 433 MHz) was used to achieve half duplex communication between the GI robot and the control station. The Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) modulation scheme was adopted to ensure a reliable and high-speed digital RF link. Animal tests have been carried out to prove the performance of the communication system.  相似文献

Advancing a context based view of client provider communication, we first posit that family is central to client provider communication in cancer management. This premise is followed by three additional premises that emphasize the importance of culture, disease stage and communication styles, within this family-centered perspective. This study explores the Patient Record Information System (PaRIS) for primary health care centers in a developing country such as Indonesia. The specific geography of the thousand islands country Indonesia is the reason for transportation difficulties as well as communication problems. This causes a serious adverse effect on the public healthcare service especially in the rural area within the country. Hence, a sustainable system is required that makes use of appropriate Information and Communication Technology (ICT). We developed a clinical information system with modest communication technology combined with a unique database distribution system. The Internet and its free software are the main tools for this system. It is a good opportunity for a developing country such as Indonesia to apply open free software in regard to the healthcare sector. This cost effective and sustainable system can enhance the work of physicians in order to provide better and applicable public health care service.  相似文献

An intelligent terminal has been developed to provide the clinical staffs with a means of utmost simplicity to communicate with the computer. Only 16 keys and a single switch are all which are involved in any terminal operation. The members of the operating system are the interpreter of TEXTOR (a language developed in this study), editor, monitor, and data-communication handler. There is growing evidence that activation of the motor system during observation of actions, a phenomenon first observed in non-human primates, underlies action understanding and even communication. This review (a) examines the evidence on motor system activity as an underlying neural correlate of action understanding; (b) reviews the theoretical and empirical work linking action understanding and the development of communication, with a specific focus on the role that gestures play as an intermediary; and (c) discusses the research on and existing opportunities for understanding the link between the motor system and communication in both humans and non-human primates, through the lens of action perception. Bringing together findings and perspectives from developmental social cognition in both humans and non-human primates and applying recent neuroscientific perspectives will help to elucidate the processes underlying the ability to understand and communicate with others.  相似文献

This paper describes a set of feasibility studies on converting the Department of Radiological Sciences, UCLA from a film based operation to a digital based operation. The studies address the following topics: the departmental facility, the operating procedure and cost, a cost effective analysis and a proposed digital based operating system. In addition, we examine three prototype projects being carried out in our department. These include: a digital archiving and communication system, a hybrid archiving and communication system, and a multiple image viewing system.
