目的 探讨血脂异常与老年冠心病患者冠脉病变程度的相关性。方法 选取2015年5月~2017年1月本院心内科住院的明确诊断为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)的150例老年患者设为CHD组。选取同期收治的150例非CHD患者为对照组。比较两组血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平,并计算N-HDL-C、LDL-C/N-HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C、TC/HDL-C、TG/HDL-C值。比较不同冠脉病变支数、不同病情严重程度的CHD患者的血脂及其比值。对血脂与冠脉病变支数、病情严重程度积分进行相关性分析。结果 CHD组患者LDL-C、TG、TC、N-HDL-C水平、LDL-C/HDL-C、TC/HDL-C、TG/HDL-C值均高于对照组,HDL-C水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同冠脉病变支数各亚组间的TC、TG、N-HDL-C水平、TC/HDL-C比值差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);TC、TG、N-HDL-C水平、TC/HDL-C比值均与冠脉病变支数均呈正相关(P<0.05);不同病情严重程度亚组间的LDL-C、TC、TG、N-HDL-C水平、LDL-C/HDL-C、TC/HDL-C、TG/HDL-C比值差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);CHD患者LDL-C、TC、TG、N-HDL-C水平、LDL-C/HDL-C、TC/HDL-C、TG/HDL-C比值与冠状动脉病变积分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 可以通过对血脂指标的监测,并计算N-HDL-C、TC/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C、TC/HDL-C、TG/HDL-C值,来评估CHD病情的临床进展。  相似文献

Little is known about the association of peptidase D (PEPD) gene rs731839 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and serum lipid profiles in the Chinese population. The objective of the present study was to detect the association of the PEPD rs731839 SNP and serum lipid levels in the Mulao and Han populations. Genotyping of the PEPD rs731839 SNP was performed in 751 subjects of Mulao and 762 subjects of Han using polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism and then confirmed by direct sequencing. The A allele carriers had higher serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), apolipoprotein (Apo) AI levels and lower triglyceride (TG) levels in Mulao; and higher HDL-C, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and ApoAI levels in Han than the A allele non-carriers. Subgroup analyses showed that the A allele carriers had higher HDL-C, ApoAI levels and lower TG levels in Mulao males but not in females; higher total cholesterol (TC), HDL-C, LDL-C and ApoAI levels in Han males; and higher TG, HDL-C and ApoAI levels in Han females than the A allele non-carriers. Serum lipid parameters were also correlated with several environmental factors in Mulao and Han populations, or in males and females in both ethnic groups. The association of the PEPD rs731839 SNP and serum lipid levels was different between the Mulao and Han populations, and between males and females in the both ethnic groups. There may be an ethnic- and/or sex-specific association of the PEPD rs731839 SNP and serum lipid levels in our study populations.  相似文献

Obesity is associated with an increased prevalence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, probably mediated by the induction of an atherogenic lipid profile. Since few data are available concerning plasma lipid levels and the effects of short-term dieting on these parameters in obese postmenopausal women, we studied plasma lipid and lipoprotein levels in such women and also the effects on these levels of a short-term hypocaloric low-fat diet combined with a moderately intense physical exercise programme. Plasma triglycerides and low-density-lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels were significantly higher, whereas high-density-lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and apoprotein A1 (ApoA1) levels, as well as the HDL-C/LDL-C and ApoA1/ApoB ratios, were significantly lower in moderately to severely obese women (Body Mass Index greater than 30, n = 26) than in non-obese post-menopausal controls. A short-term (4 week) protein-sparing modified fast diet, providing 400 calories (1675 J), resulted in a mean weight loss of 7.7 +/- 2.8 (S.D.) kg. While plasma cholesterol, LDL-C and ApoB levels decreased by approximately 25% and reached the levels recorded in normal controls, ApoA2 decreased by 20%. HDL-C and HDL2-C levels remained unchanged and as a consequence the HDL-C/LDL-C and the ApoA1/Apob ratios increased, indicating a shift towards a less atherogenic lipid profile. No correlation was observed between weight loss and changes in lipid or lipoprotein levels. It was concluded that a hypocaloric, low-fat diet combined with our physical exercise programme, resulted in the normalization of plasma lipids within 4 weeks.  相似文献

Plasma lipids, lipoproteins, and apolipoproteins were assessed in three groups of Nigerians at increased risk for atherosclerotic heart disease. The three patient groups, diabetes mellitus (n = 15), essential hypertension (n = 12), and hypertensive-diabetes mellitus (n = 11), were compared with age-matched, apparently healthy controls (n = 14). In subjects with diabetes mellitus, triglyceride and its related apolipoproteins CIII and CIII:NonB were significantly higher than controls. High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was significantly lower; its related ratios, total/HDL-C and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)/HDL-C were significantly higher than those for controls. Subjects with hypertension and hypertensive-diabetes mellitus had significantly higher values than controls for those lipids and lipid fractions considered atherogenic (total cholesterol, LDL-C, triglyceride, and the total/HDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C ratios) as well as apolipoproteins B, CIII, and lipoprotein particles Lp(a) and CIII:NonB. Only hypertensive-diabetes mellitus subjects had lower HDL-C levels, while hypertension patients had significantly higher apolipoprotein AI and LpAI concentrations than controls. Subjects with hypertensive-diabetes mellitus had significantly worse lipid, lipoprotein, and apolipoprotein profiles both in terms of increased atherogenic and reduced anti-atherogenic parameters compared with subjects with diabetes mellitus or hypertension only. These studies suggest that Nigerians with diabetes, hypertension, and especially both hypertension and diabetes need to be fully evaluated from a lipid and lipoprotein standpoint, and any abnormalities detected need to be taken into consideration during therapy of this group of high-risk patients.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: To compare the effect on plasma lipids of conjugated estrogens/medroxyprogesterone acetate (CE/MPA) and estradiol valerate/cyproterone acetate (EV/CPA) in healthy peri and postmenopausal women during 1 year. METHODS: Multicentric, controlled, single blinded Phase III clinical trial. Women were randomized to two treatment groups: Group A (n = 49 women): CE 0.625 mg/day for 21 days and MPA 5 mg from day 12 to 21. Group B (n = 55 women): EV 2 mg/day for 21 days and CPA 1 mg from day 12 to 21. Total cholesterol (TC), high density cholesterol (HDL-C), low density cholesterol (LDL-C), triglycerides, aminotransferases and alkaline phosphatase were measured before starting therapy, and after 3, 6, 9 and 12 months of hormone replacement therapy (HRT). TC/HDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C ratios were determined. RESULTS: There were no changes in TC levels. HDL-C increased and LDL-C decreased significantly, with no differences between groups but within each group. Triglycerides increased significantly but remained within normal values, with no differences between groups. TC/HDL-C ratio showed a slight and steady decrease in both groups. LDL-C/HDL-C ratio decreased in both treatment groups. CONCLUSION: Both cyclic sequential preparations used in HRT showed a favorable effect on plasma lipids in healthy peri and postmenopausal women, with an increase in HDL-C and a decrease in LDL-C levels, as well as in the LDL-C/HDL-C and TC/HDL-C ratios. Our study confirms the positive effect of estrogens on lipids, which does not seem to be adversely affected by the addition of progestogens derived from pregnanes.  相似文献

目的:观察2型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血脂代谢相关指标变化,并分析其危险因素。方法:回顾性分析2018-02—2019-08本院收治的161例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者,将其分成A组(Ⅰ型,未发生视网膜病变,62例);B组[Ⅱ、Ⅲ型,非增殖性的糖尿病性视网膜病变(NPDR),43例];C组[Ⅳ、Ⅴ型,增殖性的糖尿病性视网膜病变(PDR),56例],以同期体检健康者52例作为对照组。比较各组hs-CRP、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)及TG/HDL-C、TC/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C比值水平变化差异,采用Spearman分析hs-CRP与各检测指标的相关性,Logistic回归分析DR可能的危险因素。结果:除LDL-C,hs-CRP、血脂代谢(TG、TC、HDL-C)及比值(TG/HDL-C、TC/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C)在各组间比较,差异有统计意义(均P<0.05)。DR患者血液hs-CRP与TG(r=0.505)、TC(r=0.236)、LDL-C(r=0.313)、TG/HDL-C(r=0.50)、TC/HDL-C(r=0.385)、LDL-C/HDL-C(r=0.405)水平均呈正相关(均P<0.05),Logistic回归模型分析发现除了TC外其余各项指标均为T2DM患者发生DR的可能危险因素。结论:DR患者hs-CRP和血脂代谢指标对评估DR患者风险具有预测价值。  相似文献

This study investigated the relationship between serum thyrotrophin levels and dyslipidemia in subclinical hypothyroid and euthyroid subjects. A total of 110 subjects with subclinical hypothyroidism and 1,240 euthyroid subjects enrolled in this study. Patients with subclinical hypothyroidism had significantly lower high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels than those who were euthyroid. The lipid profiles were each categorized and mean thyrotrophin levels were higher in subjects in the dyslipidemia subclasses than subjects in the normal subclasses. Thyrotrophin was positively associated with serum triglyceride and negatively associated with serum HDL-C in women. Thyrotrophin was also positively associated with total cholesterol (TC) in the overweight population along with TC and LDL-C in overweight women. In the euthyroid population, thyrotrophin was positively associated with TC in the overweight population. In conclusion, serum thyrotrophin was correlated with dyslipidemia in subclinical hypothyroid and euthyroid subjects; the correlation was independent of insulin sensitivity.  相似文献

Little is known about the association between the muscle Ras (MRAS) gene rs6782181 polymorphism and serum lipid levels. The aim of the present study was to investigate the association between the MRAS rs6782181 polymorphism and serum lipid levels in the Mulao and Han populations. A total of 632 subjects of Han and 629 unrelated subjects of Mulao nationalities were randomly selected from our previous stratified randomized samples. Genotypes of the MARS rs6782181 polymorphism were determined via polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism. The subjects with GG genotype had higher serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and apolipoprotein (Apo) B levels in Han, and higher serum TC and LDL-C levels in Mulao than the subjects with AA/AG genotypes (P < 0.05-0.01). Subgroup analyses showed that the subjects with GG genotype had higher TC, TG, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), LDL-C, ApoAI and ApoB in Han males, lower ApoAI and the ratio of ApoAI to ApoB in Han females; and higher LDL-C levels in Mulao males but not in Mulao females than the subjects with AG/AA genotypes. The association of the MARS rs6782181 polymorphism and serum lipid levels is different between the Mulao and Han populations, or between males and females in the both ethnic groups. 目的了解广州市18岁以下儿童青少年血脂水平,为该群体提供血脂水平正常参考值范围。方法采用多阶段随机抽样,抽取广州市区1390例(男/女=701/689)18岁以下人群,根据年龄(每3岁为一年龄段)及性别分为12组(0~岁男女组,3~岁男女组,6~岁男女组,9~岁男女组。12.岁男女组,15~18岁男女组),采集空腹静脉血,应用罗氏Integra400plus全自动生化仪,酶法测定总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG),采用美国儿童青少年国家胆固醇教育计划(NCEP)推荐的取TC及LDL—C第75及第90百分位点作为临界脂蛋白水平及高脂蛋白浓度标准,并取TG第90百分位点作为高甘油三酯血症浓度,取HDL—C第5百分位点作为低高密度脂蛋白浓度。建立广州地区儿童血脂正常参考值。结果0~岁组、3~岁组男女组间的血脂4项浓度无统计学差异;6~岁性别组间中,HDL-C男性高于女性,LDL—C及TG女性高于男性;9~岁性别组间中,HDL—C男性高于女性,LDL—C女性高于男性;12~岁性别组间,TC和LDL—C女性高于男性;15~18岁性别组间中,HDL-C女性高于男性。结论通过对1390名广州市18岁以下儿童青少年的血脂调查,为建立广州地区不同年龄性别儿童青少年的血脂正常值提供了数据,确立了临界高胆固醇和高胆固醇血症浓度、高甘油三酯血症浓度和低高密度脂蛋白浓度。  相似文献

Background: The rs7395662 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in the MADD-FOLH1 has been associated with serum lipid traits, but the results are inconsistent in different populations. The present study was undertaken to investigate the association of rs7395662 SNP and several environmental factors with serum lipid levels in the Guangxi Mulao and Han populations.Method: A total of 721 subjects of Mulao and 727 subjects of Han Chinese were randomly selected from our previous stratified randomized samples. Genotyping of the SNP was performed by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism combined with gel electrophoresis, and confirmed by direct sequencing.Results: Serum apolipoprotein (Apo) B levels were higher in Mulao than in Han (P < 0.01). The allelic and genotypic frequencies in Han were different between males and females (P < 0.05 for each), but there was no difference between Mulao and Han or between Mulao males and females. The levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and ApoB in Mulao females were different among the genotypes (P < 0.05), the G allele carriers had higher LDL-C and ApoB levels than the G allele non-carriers. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), LDL-C and ApoB in Han males and TC, TG and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in Han females were different among the genotypes (P < 0.05-0.01), the subjects with GG genotype in Han males had higher TC, TG, and ApoB and lower LDL-C levels than the subjects with AA or AG genotype, and the G allele carriers in Han females had lower TC and HDL-C levels than the G allele non-carriers. The levels of LDL-C and ApoB in Mulao females were correlated with the genotypes (P < 0.05 for each). The levels of HDL-C and ApoAI in Han males and HDL-C in Han females were correlated with genotypes (P < 0.05-0.001). 目的:探讨急性脑梗死(acutecerebralinfarction,ACI)时血尿酸serumuricacid,SUA)水平及其与脑梗死相关危险因素的关系。方法:选取2012年1月至6月在唐山市协和医院神经内科住院的AcI病例共50N,检测患者SUA水平,并测定总胆固醇(totalcholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(triglycerides,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(10w—densitylipoproteincholesterol,LDL.C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high.densitylipoproteincholesterol,HDL—C)、高敏C反应蛋白(high.sensitivityC.reactiveprotein,HSC)及纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)等。结果:50例ACI患者SUA总体水平为(310.18±100.56)μmol/L,10例为高尿酸血症患者。SUA≥360μmol/L时AcI伴高尿酸血症患者血HSC升高,与ACI不伴高尿酸血症患者HSC水平比较,差异有统计学意义fp=0.002),而两者间TG(P=0.907)、TC(P=0.194)、HDL.C(P=0.411)、LDL—C(P=0.396)、FiB(P=0.159)等水平比较,差异无统计学意义。男性AcI患者SUA水平[(348.41±98.78)μmol/L]明显高于女性患者[(280.14±92.93)μmol/L;P=0.0161。50例ACI患者合并高血压者47例,合并2型糖尿病者19例,合并冠心病者36例,与未合并上述疾病患者SUA水平比较差异无统计学意义(均P〉O.05)。结论:高尿酸血症在ACI患者中与普通人群中的发生率相当。男性ACI患者高尿酸血症的风险高于女性。高血压、2型糖尿病、冠心病等ACI危险因素对患者SUA水平影响不显著。SUA可能作为一种炎症因子参与并加重ACI的炎症过程,并可能参与多个致病环节,通过多个途径影响疾病的发生、进展及其预后。  相似文献

The association of ADP-ribosylation factor-like 15 (ARL15) rs6450176 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and serum lipid profiles has never been studied in the Chinese population. The present study was undertaken to detect the association of ARL15 rs6450176 SNP and several environmental factors with serum lipid levels in the Jing and Han populations. Genotypes of the SNP were determined in 726 unrelated subjects of Jing nationality and 726 participants of Han nationality. The genotypic and allelic frequencies of the SNP in Jing but not in Han were different between males and females (P < 0.001 and P < 0.05; respectively). The G allele carriers in Han had lower serum total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and apolipoprotein (Apo) B levels, and higher ApoA1/ApoB ratio than the G allele non-carriers (P < 0.05-0.01). The G allele carriers in Jing had lower serum TC, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), ApoA1, ApoB levels and higher ApoA1/ApoB ratio than the G allele non-carriers (P < 0.05 for all). Subgroup analyses showed that the G allele carriers had lower TC and LDL-C levels in Han males; lower LDL-C and ApoB levels in Han females; lower ApoB levels and ApoA1/ApoB ratio in Jing males; and lower LDL-C levels in Jing females than the G allele non-carriers (P < 0.05-0.01). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that serum TC, LDL-C, ApoB levels and the ApoA1/ApoB ratio in Han; and TC, HDL-C and ApoA1 levels in Jing were correlated with the genotypes of the ARL15 rs6450176 SNP (P < 0.05-0.001). Serum lipid parameters were also associated with several environmental factors in both ethnic groups. These findings indicated that there may be a racial/ethnic- and/or sex-specific association of the ARL15 rs6450176 SNP and serum lipid levels.  相似文献

Introduction

Hypertension and obesity are common problems among diabetic patients accelerating progression of vascular diabetic complications.

Materials and methods

A two-stage stratified random sampling design was used, and individuals aged 15 years and over were interviewed. This cross-sectional study evaluated lipid abnormalities of 117 obese type 2 diabetic patients (28 males and 89 females), and 56 hypertensive obese type 2 diabetic patients (22 males and 34 females). Total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), very-low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) concentrations were assayed using standard biochemical methods.

Results

Hypertensive obese type 2 diabetic females had significantly higher mean serum concentrations of TC (p = 0.043), TG (p = 0.046), LDL-C (p= 0.040), TC/HDL-C ratio (p = 0.001) and LDL-C/HDL-C ratio (p = 0.003) compared with hypertensive obese non-diabetic females. Similar results were found in hypertensive obese type 2 diabetic males compared with hypertensive obese non-diabetic males. Hypertensive obese type 2 diabetic females had significantly higher serum TC, TG and TC/HDL-C ratio (p < 0.05) than hypertensive obese type 2 diabetic males. Hypertensive obese type 2 diabetic females had significantly higher mean serum concentrations of TG (p = 0.03) and TC (p = 0.01) than obese type 2 diabetic females. There was a significant association between blood glucose and LDL-C concentrations in type 2 diabetic subjects (r = 0.36; p< 0.05).

Conclusion

Obese hypertensive type 2 diabetic females are exposed more profoundly to risk factors including atherogenic dyslipidaemia compared with males.  相似文献

目的:研究β2肾上腺素能受体(β2-AR)基因+491C/T多态性在新疆哈萨克族人群中的分布及其与甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)的关系。方法: 采用横断面调查方法采集528例30 -60岁哈萨克族人的遗传标本,采用酚/氯仿法提取外周血白细胞基因组DNA,应用PCR-RFLP技术,检测β2-AR基因+491C/T基因型,分析基因型及等位基因在该人群中的分布频率及其与TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C水平的关系。结果:该人群β2-AR基因+491C/T位点检测出两种基因型CC、CT,分布频率分别为98.86%、1.14%,等位基因C、T频率为99.43%、0.57%,符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡(χ2=0.017, P=0.896)。两种基因型间TC、LDL-C水平有增高趋势,但差异无统计学意义;在女性中CT基因型携带者血清LDL-C水平明显高于CC基因型,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038);按WH01997血脂防治建议标准分类后,CT基因型、T等位基因频率与高LDL-C相关(P=0.031)。结论:新疆哈萨克人群存在β2-AR 基因+491C/T多态性,该人群尤其是女性中CT型携带者血清LDL-C水平明显增高,CT基因型、T等位基因频率与高LDL-C水平相关,提示该多态性可能是哈萨克人群尤其是女性的高LDL-C的易感因素。  相似文献

The aim of our study was to assess concentrations of serum cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and triglycerides in soldiers with combat-related posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), in comparison with combat-experienced soldiers without PTSD. The second aim of our study was to explore the relationship between PTSD symptoms such as re-experiencing, avoidance, increased arousal, and serum lipid levels. In 53 soldiers with combat-related PTSD and 49 with combat experiences without PTSD, serum cholesterol, LDL-C, HDL-C, and triglycerides were assayed by an enzyme-assay method. Soldiers with combat-related PTSD were found to have significantly higher concentrations of cholesterol (P = 0.001), LDL-C (P = 0.002), and triglycerides (P = 0.001) than soldiers without current PTSD. HDL-C was statistically lower (P < 0.001) in soldiers with combat-related PTSD than in those without PTSD. A positive correlation was found between increased arousal and cholesterol (r = 0.464; P = 0.039), or LDL-C (r = 0.479; P = 0.021) concentrations.  相似文献

目的 探讨糖、脂类、C反应蛋白与冠心病患者Gensini积分的相关性.方法 冠心病组选择我院2013年1月至2015年1月收治的冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者60例,健康组选择我院体检中心同期体检的健康体检者60例,测定总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c),并且分析糖脂代谢指标和冠脉病变严重程度、CRP之间的关系.结果 ①与健康组对比,冠心病组HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C和HbA1c×LDL-C/HDL-C明显升高,HDL-C明显降低,数据比较差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05.②冠心病患者糖脂代谢指标与Gensini积分、CRP的相关性分析显示,HbA1c、LDL-C水平、HbA1c×LDL-C/HDL-C和Gensini积分、CRP呈正相关关系,HDL-C水平和Gensini积分、CRP呈负相关.结论 糖脂代谢与冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者病情、血清C反应蛋白水平正相关,通过糖脂代谢指标能够对冠状动脉硬化性心脏病患者的病情和血清C反应蛋白进行一定的预测,具有临床检测价值.  相似文献

 目的:研究浙江汉族长寿人群的血脂水平及载脂蛋白B(ApoB)基因Xba I-限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)和3’-可变数目串联重复序列(VNTR)多态性对血脂四项和载脂蛋白水平是否有影响,了解长寿发生的机制。方法:采用体格检查与实验室研究分别对长寿老人组、长寿子女组、正常对照组和非长寿子女组进行血样采集、ApoB基因Xba I-RFLP和3'-VNTR分型。结果:血清甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及ApoB 与长寿呈负相关(P<0.05), 高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)与长寿呈正相关(P<0.01)。拥有X+X-基因型的人,除TG外,TC、LDL-C及ApoB均高于拥有X-X-基因型的人(P<0.01),其HDL-C低于拥有X-X-基因型的人(P<0.01);拥有大等位基因的人,其TC、TG、LDL-C及ApoB均高于拥有小等位基因的人(P<0.01),而HDL-C含量较低(P<0.01)。结论:高TG、LDL-C、ApoB和低HDL-C不利于长寿,拥有X-X-基因型和3'-VNTR分型小等位基因的人血脂水平较健康,也利于长寿。  相似文献

Abstract

In this study, we examined the relation between serum lipid levels, gender, and cardiovascular and neuroendocrine stress reactivity in patients with mild hypertension. Ninety-nine individuals (62 men, 37 women) with mild hypertension performed four mental stress tasks: mental arithmetic, public speaking, cold stress, and a computer videogame. Cardiovascular reactivity scores were computed by subtracting the minimum resting blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR) values from the maximum values obtained during each task. Neuroendocrine reactivity was calculated as the change from epinephrine and norepinephrine values from mean rest to mean task. High and low reactors were identified on the basis of median splits of reactivity scores, averaged across all four stressors. High systolic blood pressure reactors had higher levels of total (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), and apo-B than did low reactors. High diastolic blood pressure reactors had lower levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and higher levels of LDL-C and apo-B than did low reactors. High HR reactors had higher apo-AI:apo-AII ratios than low reactors. Lipid levels were not different for high and low epinephrine and norepinephrine reactors. Although women were noted to have more favorable lipid profiles than men, both male and female hypertensive patients who were high reactors had less favorable lipid profiles than low reactors.  相似文献

High levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) enhance platelet activation, whereas high levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) exert a cardioprotective effect. However, the effects on platelet activation of high levels of LDL-C combined with low levels of HDL-C (HLC) have not yet been reported. We aimed to evaluate the platelet activation marker of HLC patients and investigate the antiplatelet effect of atorvastatin on this population. Forty-eight patients with high levels of LDL-C were enrolled. Among these, 23 had HLC and the other 25 had high levels of LDL-C combined with normal levels of HDL-C (HNC). A total of 35 normocholesterolemic (NOMC) volunteers were included as controls. Whole blood flow cytometry and platelet aggregation measurements were performed on all participants to detect the following platelet activation markers: CD62p (P-selectin), PAC-1 (GPIIb/IIIa), and maximal platelet aggregation (MPAG). A daily dose of 20 mg atorvastatin was administered to patients with high levels of LDL-C, and the above assessments were obtained at baseline and after 1 and 2 months of treatment. The expression of platelets CD62p and PAC-1 was increased in HNC patients compared to NOMC volunteers (P<0.01 and P<0.05). Furthermore, the surface expression of platelets CD62p and PAC-1 was greater among HLC patients than among HNC patients (P<0.01 and P<0.05). Although the expression of CD62p and PAC-1 decreased significantly after atorvastatin treatment, it remained higher in the HLC group than in the HNC group (P<0.05 and P=0.116). The reduction of HDL-C further increased platelet activation in patients with high levels of LDL-C. Platelet activation remained higher among HLC patients regardless of atorvastatin treatment.  相似文献

Abstract. In this study, we investigated serum pro-oxidantantioxidant balance in 210 healthy subjects divided into groups with low and high atherogenic risk according to the levels of serum total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein- cholesterol (HDL-C). Diene conjugate (DC), malondialdehyde (MDA), polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA), vitamin E, and vitamin C levels and antioxidant activity (AOA) were determined in the serum. Endogenous DC and copperinduced MDA levels were also measured in the LDL fraction isolated by precipitation with buffered heparin from plasma in 80 healthy subjects with different serum LDL-C levels. Subjects with a high atherogenic risk had significantly higher plasma DC, MDA, and PUFA levels, but lower vitamin E/TC values and AOA than subjects with low atherogenic risk. Endogenous DC and copper-induced MDA levels in the LDL fraction were increased in subjects with serum LDL-C levels higher than 4.14 mM compared with those with normal LDL-C levels. In conclusion, this study clearly indicates that a disturbance in serum pro-oxidant-antioxidant balance and an increase in LDL oxidation are concomitant with higher TC and LDL-C and lower HDL-C levels in the serum.  相似文献
