目的探讨康复期可视伤残烧伤患者消极情绪体验及其原因。方法采用定性研究方法,对8例康复期具有可视伤残或功能残障的烧伤患者进行深入访谈,并运用扎根理论的编码和分析方法进行资料分析。结果烧伤患者康复期主要的消极情绪体验包括羞耻感、自卑感、失望和愤怒;低自尊是消极情绪的根本原因。结论针对烧伤患者康复期的消极情绪体验,护理人员通过提高患者的自尊,来建立自我安全感和提高患者自信心,从而提高其生存质量。  相似文献

目的:观察基于扎根理论的心理护理在呼吸衰竭患者中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2021年4月至2023年4月医院收治的82例呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(给予常规护理)41例与试验组(给予基于扎根理论的心理护理)41例。比较两组负性情绪、睡眠质量、心理弹性、自我效能、呼吸功能及血气指标。结果:干预后,试验组抑郁评分、焦虑评分、睡眠评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组心理弹性、自我效能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组气道峰压(Ppeak)、平均气道压(Pmean)均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)均低于对照组,血氧饱和度(SaO2)优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于扎根理论的心理护理可有效改善呼吸衰竭患者睡眠质量,舒缓患者负性情绪,利于患者疾病转归。  相似文献

正疼痛是伴随组织损伤产生的负面生理和心理体验。烧伤患者痛觉神经末梢受到损伤或被暴露后易受到刺激,会产生强烈的疼痛体验,接受换药时的疼痛强度可能达到最高极限,让患者产生强烈的恐惧和焦虑情绪[1]。因此,在换药过程中采取人性化的舒适护理对减轻患者疼痛,改善心理体验具有重要意义。本研究比较舒适护理及常规护理对烧伤患者换药过程中疼痛的影响,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选取2013年1月—2015年4月收治的烧伤  相似文献

目的了解烧伤应激对患者家属心理的影响,为心理干预提供依据。方法选取头面、手部小面积烧伤的患者家属47人,通过SAS、SDS、IES心理测评工具,评估亲人烧伤后的情绪变化。结果患者家属焦虑、抑郁程度升高,大于国内常模,事件影响发生的症状以闯入症状为主。结论烧伤应激使患者家属产生不良心理,需要护士给予关注。  相似文献

目的了解和探索严重烧伤患者被动康复过程中的心理需求,针对性地提出目前烧伤康复期护理亟需重视的问题。方法采用现象学研究方法,以目的抽样法抽取9例康复后期严重烧伤患者,进行半结构式访谈,并采用内容分析法对资料分析研究。结果分析提炼出4个主题:多方支持、重返社会、症状管理、康复训练。结论护理人员应重视疼痛、瘙痒等护理问题处理的同时,重视对患者的健康教育与心理疏导,并融入各类社会支持力量以及先进技术等协助患者达到社会化康复。  相似文献

目的探讨烧伤患者接受个性化心理干预结合医护患一体化健康教育的效果。方法选取2020年5月至2022年7月在临沂市中医医院诊治的82例烧伤患者,按照其采取的不同干预方式分为观察组与对照组,均为41例。观察组基于个性化心理干预结合医护患一体化健康教育。对照组患者接受常规心理干预结合健康教育,比较2组的创伤成长、睡眠质量、心理状态、心理弹性、烧伤健康量表及相关并发症发生情况。结果干预2个月后,2组的中文版创伤成长量表、心理弹性量表和中文版精简烧伤健康量表评分均高于同组干预前和干预1个月,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均低于同组干预前和干预1个月(P均<0.05);干预1个月后,2组的上述评分均优于同组干预前(P均<0.05)。干预1个月和2个月后,观察组的上述评分均比对照组更佳(P均<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论烧伤患者接受个性化心理干预结合医护患一体化健康教育,可提高心理弹性和生活质量,促进创伤后成长,改善睡眠质量和心理状态,减少相关并发症的发生。  相似文献

目的分析认知干预对烧伤后并发抑郁患者认知行为、心理弹性及自我效能的影响。方法以2016年10月—2018年5月本院收治的70例烧伤后并发抑郁患者为研究对象,按电脑数字表法随机分组,每组各35例,对照组施予常规护理,实验组于此基础施予认知介入干预,对比分析两组患者认知行为、心理弹性及自我效能。结果护理后,实验组认知行为评分(28.20±1.69)分,比对照组的(18.29±1.74)分高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);护理后,实验组心理弹性评分(71.56±10.22)分,比对照组的(60.34±9.89)分高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);护理后,实验组自我效能评分(38.14±0.74)分,比对照组的(26.25±1.29)分高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论认知干预有助于改善烧伤后并发抑郁患者认知行为、心理弹性及自我效能,值得推广。  相似文献

目的:将危重烧伤患者常见心理问题的分析和干预作简单的归纳和探讨。资料来源:应用计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库1993-09/2005-03的相关文章,检索词为“烧伤”,二次检索词为“心理”。限定文章为中文。同时检索PubMed1994-01/2005-03的相关文章,检索词为“burninjurypsychotherapy”,同时选择关于烧伤患者心理治疗理论的著作。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取涉及烧伤患者心理分析和治疗的研究,排除重复研究,对英文文献开始查找全文。资料提炼:共收集到关于烧伤患者心理分析和治疗的文章400多篇,以及相关书籍2部。其中12篇中文文章和4篇英文文章中的相关内容和1部书籍符合标准,进行资料的综合和整理。资料综合:淡漠、恐惧、紧张、焦虑、抑郁、烦躁、寂寞是危重烧伤患者常见的心理特点。创伤后应激障碍是一种延迟或延长的焦虑性反应。建立良好的医患关系和良好的社会支持系统是基本的心理干预措施,常用的心理干预疗法有:认知疗法,放松疗法,支持疗法,生物反馈疗法和自我心理锻炼等,针对烧伤患者不同时期的心态,采取相应的心理干预措施。结论:危重烧伤患者往往处于严重的和程度不一的心理应激状态中,给治疗和康复造成巨大影响。总结烧伤患者常见的心理问题分析,并归纳出多种心理干预方法,强调以预防为主和针对烧伤患者不同时期的心态,适时地做好心理康复的心理干预模式。  相似文献

[目的]探讨本科护生专业认知的形成过程。[方法]采用建构扎根理论方法对25名本科实习护生进行面对面半结构式访谈,采用三级编码、不断比较方法及撰写备忘录的策略分析资料。[结果]本科护生专业认知形成的社会心理过程的核心范畴为"努力去接受",主要包括了解不足、产生质疑、难以放弃和尝试接受4个范畴。[结论]建议中学生理性选择专业、增加了解护理专业的途径、提升护生心理弹性及建构合理的护士社会形象,以增强护生的专业满意度。  相似文献

Adolescents with cancer (AWC) are a neglected population in the area of psychosocial services, and little theoretically based research has been conducted on interventions to help them positively adjust to the cancer experience. In addition, although knowledge of how individuals positively adjust to difficult life circumstances can provide important guidance for developing effective interventions, research has underemphasized positive health and overemphasized pathology models in addressing psychosocial adjustment of AWC. Theories focusing on positive health concepts such as resilience are potentially excellent guides for developing effective psychosocial interventions, because the factors that influence positive health, such as hope, positive coping, and perceived social support, are amenable to improvement. The Adolescent Resilience Model (ARM) is one of the first theoretical models to propose a comprehensive, integrative representation of the process and outcomes of resilience and quality of life in AWC. The ARM is an example of a theory-driven research program that aims to improve outcomes for AWC by focusing on positive health concepts. Presented here are the underlying theoretical perspectives, variables in the ARM, and the ways the ARM may be used to guide interventions aimed at improving short- and long-term outcomes for AWC.  相似文献

The present exploratory study was designed to examine the relationship between resilience and job satisfaction in psychiatric nurses working in inpatient units in a large, urban medical centre. The long range goal was to understand the dimensions of job satisfaction in this inpatient environment in order to implement nurse retention programmes specifically targeted toward teaching nurses skills in developing resilience. The nurses (n = 32) reported a high level of resilience and high job satisfaction. The job satisfaction subscale of professional status had the highest mean rating among these nurses, and the physician-nurse interaction subscale had the lowest mean score. Implications for future practice and research are addressed.  相似文献

Mental health nursing work is challenging, and workplace stress can have negative impacts on nurses' well-being and practice. Resilience is a dynamic process of positive adaptation and recovery from adversity. The aims of this integrative review were to examine and update understandings and perspectives on resilience in mental health nursing research, and to explore and synthesize the state of empirical knowledge on mental health nurse resilience. This is an update of evidence from a previous review published in 2019. Using integrative review methodology, 15 articles were identified from a systematic search (July 2018–June 2022). Data were extracted, analysed with constant comparison method, synthesized narratively and then compared with the findings from the original review. As an update of evidence, mental health nurse resilience was moderate to high across studies, was positively associated with psychological well-being, post-traumatic growth, compassion satisfaction and negatively associated with burnout, mental distress and emotional labour. Lack of support and resources from organizations could negatively impact nurses' ability to maintain resilience and manage workplace challenges through internal self-regulatory processes. A resilience programme improved mental health nurses' awareness of personal resilience levels, self-confidence, capacity to develop coping skills and professional relationships. Some studies continue to lack contemporary conceptualizations of resilience, and methodological quality varied from high to low. Further qualitative and interventional research is needed to investigate the role of resilience in mental health nursing practice, personal well-being, workforce sustainability and the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.  相似文献

This integrative review explores the current state of knowledge on trauma-focused interventions with resilience as the outcome. The review synthesized the results of 17 intervention studies. Findings of the review demonstrate the importance of including resilience as an outcome measure for the effectiveness of trauma-focused interventions. Findings also provide preliminary evidence that effective trauma-focused interventions both reduce posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms and improve resilience. Further research should include a focus on developing interventions based on established theoretical frameworks, and using resilience outcome measurement tools appropriate to the interventions and the characteristics of the target population.  相似文献

The sample included 55 widows, assessed on average, 1 month following the death of a spouse. Results supported dispositional resilience as a mediator (the initial relation between perceived stress and life satisfaction was significant, but reduced to a non-significant level once dispositional resilience was included in the model) and a moderator (the interaction between perceived stress and dispositional resilience significantly predicted life satisfaction) between perceived stress and life satisfaction. This research identifies personality characteristics that may be importantly involved in the adjustment to widowhood and discusses implications of mediators vs. moderators in this process.  相似文献

BackgroundNursing students often experience a reality shock in the course of their practicums that can significantly impact their studies.PurposeThis study aimed to explore the academic resilience of undergraduate nursing students during their Adulting Nursing practicums and identify protective factors to mitigate their impact.MethodsThe constructivist grounded theory approach enabled us to explore nursing students' academic resilience in their practicums. Purposive and theoretical sampling was used to recruit 19 participants. Individual in-depth interviews were audio-recorded and transcribed verbatim. The constant comparative method directed theoretical sampling. The criteria of credibility, originality, resonance, and usefulness were considered to ensure the quality and trustworthiness of the study.ResultsThe main challenges were related to facilitators, the environment, and application of techniques. Students reported feelings of ‘walking on thin ice’ and doubts about their decision to pursue a nursing career. Academic resilience was identified as the ability to maintain optimism while facing challenges. Participants concluded that overcoming their ignorance through practical learning was an important outcome of the process of developing academic resilience.ConclusionThe findings highlight the need for facilitators to re-examine their teaching strategies and provide supplementary support to help students to improve their academic resilience.  相似文献

目的通过回顾国内近十年来的相关文献,对心理韧性的发展现状进行文献计量学分析,提出今后护理实践的努力方向。方法以"心理韧性"、"心理弹性"、"心理复原力"、"韧性"、"弹性"、"复原力"和"Resilience"分别作为主题词和关键词,在中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)中,检索2003-2012年的相关文献,并对文献的数量以及研究的对象、方法和内容进行分析。结果有关心理韧性的文献逐年增多,研究方法以描述性研究和综述类文章较多,研究对象多集中于大学生、青少年这类年轻的群体中,研究内容以综合性研究和相关性研究居多。结论心理韧性的研究越来越引起国内研究者的关注,但是研究方法单一,研究对象分布不均衡,研究内容较局限,在心理护理领域中的应用还需做出进一步的努力。  相似文献

Resilience is the ability of people to 'spring back' in the face of adversity. It is and important concept for nurses as we endeavour to assist individuals to meet the challenges of living with illness and ageing. Researchers form many disciplines in both the social and health sciences have investigated resilience of individuals throughout the life cycle in a variety of situations related to health as well as other life events. Some researchers have investigated resilience as a trait of individuals while other view resilience as a process. This article reviews the current literature on resilience from many disciplines and discusses implications for nursing practice and research.  相似文献
