礼生是传统社会中承担赞相职能的仪式专家。有关礼生及其在明清社会中扮演的角色,政书、方志等传统史料多语焉不详,而田野调查搜集的民间文献和口述史料提供了礼生、礼仪与地域社会的诸多细节,因此田野调查实为开展礼生与传统礼仪研究提供了颇有助益的研究技艺。结合传统史料的解读和田野调查,有助于深入了解礼生的社会属性和他们在乡村礼仪中扮演的角色,重建儒家礼仪步入民间并与其他仪式传统互动的具体过程,深刻理解这一过程带来的种种社会文化后果。  相似文献

随着医学模式的转变,医学已从单纯的生物医学领域向生物、心理、社会领域扩展。医护人员的形象、言谈举止、音容笑貌,都可能对服务对象的身心健康产生直接或间接的影响,医护人员学习职业礼仪,提高整体素质,实现以病人为中心的整体服务,是现代医学模式转变的需要。近年来,我们学校在讲授基础护理操作技术的过程中,注重将护理礼仪、基础护理技术两门课程互相贯穿融合,将职业礼仪要求贯穿于基础护理技术操作中。重点从仪表仪容、言谈沟通、行为举止三方面入手,在传授知识、培养护生操作能力的同时,不断加强其礼仪修养,收到了潜移默化的良好效果。  相似文献

In a prospective investigation of 164 cases of dysbaric osteonecrosis out of a total of 1269 hyperbaric workers, we found that lesions are apt to occur more frequently in some sites of the head and neck of the femur and humerus than in others. Defining the susceptibility of sites with radiographs has improved our ability to make early diagnoses because we are able to estimate the likelihood of a definite lesion of osteonecrosis developing. We have found that when the trabeculae in a susceptible site appear disordered or have translucent areas, the site often develops into osteonecrosis in a few years.  相似文献

畜禽肌肉、内脏及虾中氯霉素残留量的检测技术研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
目的 快速、简便、灵敏地监测畜禽肌肉、内脏及虾中的氯霉素残留。方法 建立了高效液相色谱法快速检测技术。动物组织中的氯霉素用乙酸乙酯在超声波振荡下提取 3次 ,提取液经脱水、浓缩 ,再用 0 5mol L高氯酸溶液溶解浓缩瓶中残留物、沉淀蛋白质 ,以正己烷去除脂溶性杂质 ,经 0 4 5 μm滤膜过滤后供HPLC测定含量。 结果 本方法的线性范围为0 1~ 2 0 μg ml,肌肉的最低检出浓度为 1 6 μg kg ,内脏为 3 2 μg kg ,在 2 0~ 10 0 μg kg的加标水平时 ,方法平均回收率为 82 1%~ 96 6 % ,相对标准偏差为 4 5 %~ 9 3%。结论 该方法适用范围广 ,回收率高 ,检测限低 ,简单易行 ,易于在基层推广应用  相似文献

Chapayevsk has a 30-year history of producing organochlorines, leading to environmental dioxin pollution. As much as 3 kg of these substances are annually formed at the plant. The concentrations of dioxins in the ambient air were found to be 0.001 to 1.13 pg/m3, in 1-TEF dioxin equivalent or 0.00001-1.76 pg/m3, as calculated by using WHO-TEF for dioxin-like compounds, those in the urban drinking water were 0.1 to 20.83 pg/liter, in the soil near the plant, 141 ng TEQ/kg, by decreasing to 37 ng/kg in the downtown (2-7 km from the plant) and 4 ng/kg at a distance of 7-10 km from the plant, their levels in the vegetables and fruits were 0.002 to 10.6 pg/kg. The direct indicator of dioxin exposure is its detection in human breast milk and blood. Examination of the content of dioxins in the breast milk of Chapayevsk women versus those living in other towns and cities of Russia has shown considerably higher levels of dioxins, such as 2,3,7,8-TCDD, 1,2,3,7,8-PCDD, 1,2,3,4,7,8-GCDD, and octa-dioxins. The mean content of dioxins in the breast milk (7 pooled samples from 40 individual trials) was 43.3 pgTEQ/fat. It is significantly higher than that detected in the populations of other Russian territories and other countries. The mean blood concentrations of dioxins in peoples living near the plant was 75.2 pgTEQ/fat, those were lower (24.5 pgTEQ/fat) in those living at 5-7 km of the plant.  相似文献

Female gerbils fed a diet containing 20% coconut oil develop an intestinal lipodystrophy that is not seen in animals fed a diet containing 20% safflower oil or a diet of 20% coconut oil supplemented with 0.1% inositol. The coconut oil diets contained 1.5% safflower oil to prevent essential fatty acid deficiency. The level of inositol in the intestinal tissue of animals fed the coconut oil diet not supplemented with inositol has been shown to be decreased. Phospholipid analyses of the intestinal tissue were undertaken to determine if this decrease in total inositol was reflected in a decrease in phosphatidylinositol or resulted in an altered phospholipid pattern. No difference in the phosphatidylinositol level was seen between animals fed 20% coconut oil with and without inositol supplementation (microgram P/gut section), although animals fed coconut oil diets had lower levels of phosphatidylinositol than animals fed safflower oil diets. Fatty acid analyses of total phospholipid and phosphatidylinositol in gut tissue revealed that animals which deveoped the lesion had an ultered phosphatidylinositol fraction with a depressed level of arachidonic acid and an elevated level of oleic acid. This suggests that the development of the intestinal lipodystrophy may be correlated with qualitative rather than quantitative changes in phosphatidylinositol.  相似文献
