| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肠内营养粉（安素）在拒食精神病患者中的应用效果.方法 选取我院收治的拒食精神病患者69例进行研究,其中66例完成实验.随机分为对照组32例行肠外营养支持为主的常规治疗,实验组34例除常规营养支持外,同时予肠内营养粉治疗.分别于应用前和应用后6周测量体重,测定各项生化指标,对比两组患者的营养支持效果.结果 营养支持2周后,两组病人体重、红细胞计数（RBC）、血红蛋白（Hb）、血清白蛋白（Alb）及总蛋白（TP）均有不同程度上升,且实验组病人上述指标上升程度显著高于对照组（P＜0.01）,实验组在体重（P＜0.05）、红细胞计数（P＜0.05）、血红蛋白（P＜0.01）、总蛋白（P＜0.01）及白蛋白（P＜0.01）等指标的改善程度方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义.结论 肠内营养粉治疗能够改善拒食患者的营养状况,为精神科专科治疗做好铺垫.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of the application of enteral nutrition powder in psychiatric patients.Methods 69 hospitalization patients with mental disorders and comorbid sitieirgia were randomly assigned to two groups.66 patients have completed the trail.32 cases of control group received conventional treatment （parenteral nutrition-based） while 34 patients of the experimental group obtained conventional treatment of nutrition support and were given the treatment of enteral nutrition powder.The therapeutic effect was observed.The body weight and biochemical indicators were measured.Results Two weeks after the treatment of nutrition support,the weight,red blood cell count （RBC）,hemoglobin （Hb）,serum albumin （Alb） and total protein （TP） all increased both in control group and experimental group and the improvements demonstrated highly in the experimental group（P＜0.01）.There were significant difference between the control group and the eaperimental group such as the weight （P＜0.05）,red blood cell count （P＜0.05）,hemoglobin （P＜0.01）,total protein （P＜0.01）,albumin （P＜0.01） and other indicators and all the improvements of s experimental group are surperior to control group.Conclusion Treatment with enteral nutrition powder can improve the nutritional status in the patients with sitieirgia. |
