中文摘要: Aspen Plus仿真软件能够很好地实现化工工艺流程的模拟,并能对化工工艺流程实现参数优化、灵敏度分析和经济评价等。但化工工艺流程复杂,装置模型众多,Aspen Plus中现有的模型库不可能提供所有的单元模型。基于Aspen与Matlab的数据交互功能,开发了Aspen与Matlab接口用户模型——AEM用户模型。该用户模型能够实现在Aspen界面下调用Matlab程序,建立基于软测量技术的用户模型,大大扩展了Aspen Plus的适用范围。应用本文方法,采用高斯过程回归(GPR)软测量多模型建模方法,完成了双酚A生产流程中结晶塔的用户模型开发,实现了双酚A加合物结晶过程的模拟,并应用于双酚A生产流程模拟中。

Abstract:Aspen Plus can effectively simulate chemical processes and achieve the optimization of functions,sensitivity analysis,and cost estimation.However,the shortcoming of Aspen Plus is that it doesn't provide all the unit models for complex chemical processes.In this work,we develop a user interface model of AEM between Aspen Plus and Matlab by means of the data exchange function between Aspen Plus and Matlab,which can directly use Matlab program in Aspen Plus user interface to build a unit model based on soft-sensor.Finally,by using the proposed user model and GPR multi-model soft-sensor,the user model of the crystal tower in a production process of bisphenol A is developed and the simulation of the adduct crystallization process is realized.Moreover,the user model is also used in the production process simulation of bispheonl A.
