| 目的 探讨中晚期宫颈癌介入治疗对手术切除的影响。方法 回顾性分析2001年1月－2005年12月我科收治的34例ⅠB期以上行子宫动脉化疗栓塞术的宫颈癌患者的临床资料,分析临床疗效,其中ⅠB~ⅡA期18例,ⅡB~ⅢB期16例。结果 34例患者症状均明显缓解,共计有28例患者行宫颈癌根治手术。结论 介入治疗近期疗效较好,为中晚期宫颈癌患者创造了手术机会,提高了患者的生存率,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。 |

| Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intervention therapy for cervical carcinoma before radical hysterectomy. Methods Thirty four patients with cervical carcinoma diagnosed pathologically who underwent 1-3 courses of interventional therapy were enrolled into the study, including 18 cases of ⅠB-ⅡA and 16 cases of ⅡB-ⅢB. Results Clinnical symptoms alleviated significantly in all 34 patients after interventional therapy, and then 28 patients underwent radical hysterectomy. Conclusion Interventional therapy is a safe and effective method of advanced cervical carcinoma. It can not only increase the possibility of radical hysterectomy apparently but also improve the survival rate of patients with advanced cervical carcinoma after radical hysterectomy. |
