医疗机构专利保护的意义及研究进展

21世纪前20年是我国科学技术发展的重要战略机遇期,我市卫生系统积极贯彻"科教兴市"战略,而医疗机构作为知识、技术、人才密集型单位,专利保护工作对其实现"科教兴院"目标至关重要.然而,目前医疗机构的专利保护仍是一个相对比较新的课题,专利工作的各环节薄弱,基层医疗机构的专利保护工作尤其不受到重视.如何加强基层医疗机构专利保护工作是亟待思考的问题.
