| 摘 要： | 目的:观察使用聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗外阴硬化性苔藓病变的临床疗效.方法:对经临床诊断确诊为外阴硬化性苔藓病变且自愿接受本次研究的36例患者使用聚甲酚磺醛溶液,观察其疗效.结果:36例外阴硬化性苔藓病变患者经过聚甲酚磺醛溶液3个月疗程治疗,痊愈率达76.9％,显效率为15.4％,有效率为7.7％.结论:聚甲酚磺醛溶液能有效治...

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of polycresol sulfonaldehyde solution in the treatment of lichen sclerosing lesions in vulva.Methods:36 patients who were clinically diagnosed as lichen sclerosing vulvar lesions and voluntarily accepted this study were treated with polycresol sulfonal solution,and the curative effect was observed.Results:36 cases of lichen sclerosing vulva were treated with polycresol for 3 months,the recovery rate was 76.9%,the significant efficiency was 15.4%,and the effective rate was 7.7%.Conclusion:Polycresol sulfonaldehyde solution is effective in the treatment of lichen sclerosing vulva lesions,both relieving pruritus symptoms and improving lesion skin lesions have a good effect,which provides a new idea for clinicians to treat this disease. |
