净宫饮配合药物流产终止早孕的动物实验观察

摘    要:目的:通过对流产后大鼠子宫内膜病理变化、孕激素受体(PR)、雌激素受体(ER)、雌激素(E)、孕激素(P)、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平的观察,探讨净宫饮缩短流产后大鼠阴道出血时间的机理。方法:将妊娠大鼠80只造模后随机分为4组,空白组、生理盐水组、净宫饮组、益母草冲剂组,采用化学发光法、光镜对组织进行观察,免疫组织化学染色法检测各指标。结果:其余3组阴道出血持续时间分别与净宫饮组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05);各组大鼠的平均β-HCG、E2水平分别与净宫饮组比较,在d0、d7、d9无明显差异(P>0.05),在d16有显著性差异(P<0.01);各组大鼠PR、ER与净宫饮组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05),结论:净宫饮配合药物流产终止早孕,可以降低蜕膜组织中PR表达水平,提高ER的表达水平,降低流产后血β-HCG、E2(d0、d7、d9)、P,使治疗组d16的E2水平明显升高;减少大鼠药流后子宫蜕膜的炎性浸润,促进内膜修复,缩短大鼠的阴道出血时间。

The animal studies on terminating the early pregnancy by Jinggongyin combined west medicine
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the mechanism of shortening bleeding time(BT) by Jinggongyin through observing the pathological change of endometria, the levels of PR (progesterone receptor, PR), ER(estrogen receptor, ER), E(estrogen, E), P(progesterone, P) andβ-HCG(β-human chorionic gonadotrophin, β-HCG).Methods:80 rats after building model were divided into 4 groups, including sham group, model group, Jinggongyin group and herba leonuri group. The tissues were observed by chemoluminescence and light microscope. The indexes were tested by immunohistochemistry.Results:There was significant difference in vaginal bleeding when other groups compared with Jinggongyin group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences inβ-HCG and E2 in d 0 , d 7 , d 9, but there was significant difference in d 16. There were significant differences in PR and ER when other groups compared with Jinggongyin group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:When the early pregnancy is terminated by Jinggongyin combined other west medicines, the level of PR expression in deciduas tissue can be decreased and the ER can be increased .β-HCG, E2(d 0, d 7, d 9)and P can be decreased and the E2 can be increased in d 16. So the inflammation of uterus decidual can be lessened. recovery of endomenbrane can be improved and the time of baginal bleeding can be shortened.
