| 摘 要： | 我国高等中医药院校20多年来为国家培养了大批高素质的护理人才，但是，如何发挥中医护理的特色和优势，怎样培养出适应社会需求的高素质的中西医结合护理人才，一直是高等中医药院校探索和研究的课题。笔者认为高等中医药院校培养护理人才应该抓住以下几个环节，即夯实西医基础，突出中医特色，树立先进理念，重视实践环节。

| Abstract: | A number of qualified nurses have been trained by TCM colleges and universities while it is still a question how to make full use of advantages of TCM nursing education, during 20 years, and train highly qualified nursing personnel with Chinese and Western medical background adapting to the social demand. Some key points should be grasped including basic knowledge of Western medicine, features of Chinese medicine, advanced ideas and clinical practice. |
