益气活血解毒法对溃疡性结肠炎复发患者血浆及结肠组织P－选择素的影响

[目的]探讨益气活血解毒法对溃疡性结肠炎（UC）复发患者血浆及结肠组织P-选择素的影响。[方法]90例UC复发患者随机分为2组，各45例，治疗组给予益气活血解毒法的中药汤剂，对照组给予柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗，治疗前后分别检测血浆及结肠组织P-选择素。[结果]治疗前UC患者血浆及结肠组织P-选择素水平明显高于正常（P〈0．01）；治疗组治疗后及随访时血浆及结肠组织P-选择素水平明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）；复发者水平明显高于未复发者（P〈O．01）。[结论]以益气活血解毒法的中药抗UC复发方，与西药柳氮磺胺吡啶比较，可有效降低血浆及结肠组织P-选择素水平，从而阻抑血小板活化，可能是抗UC复发作用机制之一。

Influence of increasing pneuma,promoting blood flow and deintoxication on P-selectin in blood plasma and colon tissue of ulcerative colitis recurrence patients

[Objective]To investigate the influence of increasing pneuma, promoting blood flow and deintoxication on P-selectin expression in blood plasma and colon tissue of ulcerative colitis recurrence patients. [Methods]The 90 cases with UC recurrence were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=45） and the control group （n=45） according to the random table. The pa- tients of treatment group accepted medicinal broth and deintoxication treatment; the control group used of increasing pneuma, promoting blood flow Salazosulfapyridine. [Results]There were obvious differences between treatment group and control group. Before treatment, the level of P-selectin in UC group blood plasma and colon tissue was more higher than that in health persons （P 〈0. 01）;the level of P-selectin in recurrence group was more higher than that in non-recurrence group （P〈0. O1）;but after treatment and follow-up visit, the level P-selectin of blood plasma and colon tissue in treatment group was more lower than that in control group（P〈0. 01）. [Conclusion]The study shows medicinal broth of increasing pneuma, promoting blood flow and deintoxication treatment for UC recurrence patients could cut down the level of blood plasma and colon tissue P-selectin more significantly than treatment with Salazosulfapyridine,and this may be one of mechanism of Chinese medicine to treat ulcerative colitis recurrence.
