老年人急性胆道感染(附64例临床分析)

胆道感染是老年人常见的外科疾病 ,由于老年人脏器功能减退 ,免疫功能下降 ,胆道疾病的临床表现及治疗原则较成年人有很大不同。该文通过对 6 4例老年人急性胆道感染的诊断和治疗 ,分析了老年人病理生理特点、临床特点。提醒临床医生加深对老年人急性胆道感染的认识 ,在积极抗感染 ,抗休克治疗的同时 ,尽量采取恰当有效的手术措施 ,做好围手术期处理 ,以提高治疗效果

Clinical Analysis of Senile Acute Bile Duct Infection

The acute bile duct infection is common surgical disease for senile pat ient. There were great differences between the senile bile duct infection and ad ult patient in clinical manifestations and treatment principle due to reduced fu nction of senile organs and decreased ability of immunity. The characteristics o f pathology and clinical manifestation of 64 cases senile bile duct infection we re analyzed and these reminded the doctors to enhance the recognition of this di sease. The effective and available operative methods should be taken with anti-i nfection and anti-shock at same time. Perioperative treatment should also be tak en to improve the curative effects.
