| 摘 要： | 目的:研究抗风湿类中药制剂中非法添加化学药品的检测方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法进行初步定性研究,再采用高效液相色谱法进行进一步的定性分析。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18,以流动相为乙腈—水(40:60),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长240nm。结果与结论:本方法准确度高,分离度好。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the anti-rheumatic medicine illegally added chemical agent detection.Methods：TLC preliminaryqualitative research,and then by high performance liquid chromatography column was Diamonsil C18,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（40：60）,flow rate 1.0mL/min,detection wavelength 240nm,further qualitative.Conclusion：This method is accurate,a good separation. |
