宫颈癌淋巴管形态分布的光镜观察

目的 观察人宫颈癌中晚期不同部位淋巴管的形态和分布特点,为探讨宫颈癌淋巴道转移机制提供形态学依据.方法 将临床手术切除的宫颈癌材料,由癌组织周边区及正常区取材,应用半薄切片光镜观察、石蜡切片HE染色法,对宫颈癌淋巴管的形态分布和癌组织进行了形态学观察.结果 宫颈癌周边区较正常区淋巴管增多且扩张.结论 宫颈癌周边区淋巴管增多和形态改变增加了淋巴道转移的机会.

Distribution and morphologic feature of lymphatic vessels in uterine cervix cancer under microscope

Objective The morphologic feature and distributions of different areas of lymphatic vessels were observed in the different development of uterine cervix cancer,in order to study the mechanism of lymphatic metastasis and provid the proof of morphology.Methods The materials of uterine cervix cancer after surgery were gathered including normal and peripheral areas of cancer tissues.The semithin sections and paraffin sections which were stained with HE were applied to observed the configurations and distributions of lymphic vessels of uterine cervix cancer and cancer tissues under microscope.Results The infiltrating extent and each area of uterine cervix cancer were confirmed under microscope.The lymphic vessels were more multiplicatied and dilated in peripheral areas of uterine cervix cancer than that of the normal areas.Conclusion The multiplication and morphologic changes in peripheral areas of uterine cervix cancer will increase the chance of lymphic metastasis.
