| 摘 要： | 报道14例甲状旁腺肿瘤,其中腺瘤10例,无功能性囊肿3例,甲状旁腺增生1例,均切除病变甲状旁腺并经病理证实。随访10例甲状旁腺腺瘤患者时间为1—13年,无再发症状。本文结合复习文献,就甲状旁腺瘤的临床表现,血生化和B超检查,X线所见进行分析、讨论。

| Abstract: | 14 cases of parathyroid gland tumor consisting of 10 adenomas,3 non-function cysts and 1 hyperplasia were studied retrospectively. All cases were confirmed by surgical operation and pathological examination. 10 cases of adenoma have been followed 1 to 13 years. After surgery No one had a recurrenced symptom, Clinical feature, serum biochemical examination, ultrasound and X - ray image of this disease were discussed. |
