儿科学临床教学创新探索

摘    要:目的 总结河北医科大学第四医院近年来儿科学临床教学的经验,探讨创新儿科学临床教学的方法和思路,以利于进一步提高教学质量.方法 对河北医科大学2003级以后的学生在临床见习、实习等各个环节实施从"高起点"到"拓思路"的教学方法.结果 在基于创新的教学方法和思路的引导下,大部分学生可以顺利完成所规定的课程目标,部分优秀学生甚至能够超越标准达到新的学习和实践高度.结论 临床见习、实习创新教学方法有助于提高儿科学的教学质量.

Abstract:Objective By summarizing the experience gained from the recent pediatric clinical teaching in The Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University, the teaching methods of the reform were under discussion so as to further improve the teaching quality. Methods Some concrete and effective ways called "aiming higher and broaden horizon wider" were adopted in undergraduates' novitiate and clerkship of pediatric clinical teaching since grade 2003. Results Based on the guide lines of this new teaching method, majority of students were able to achieve the study goal required by the syllabus. For those who ace through the class, their grasping of knowledge elevated to the next level. Conclusions The concrete and effective ways are conducive to improve the teaching quality of pediatric clinical teaching.
