规范教学查房的策略与思考

目的 规范教学查房,确保临床教学质量.方法 首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院在2007年～2009年实施了不同策略的教学查房,2007年为示范教学查房,2008年为规范教学查房,2009年为多层次特色教学查房.结果 经过3年的实践,医院基本形成了规范的教学查房,临床各科室对教学查房予以充分重视,明确了教学查房与医疗查房的区别,提高了医院的教学工作.结论 从医院层面制定统一标准,规范教学查房,强化教师教学意识,培养实习医师和住院医师的临床工作能力,对于提高临床教学质量十分必要.

Strategy and thinking of standardizing teaching ward rounds

Objective To standardize the teaching ward rounds and ensure clinical teaching quality. Methods A different strategy has been implemented by division of education for 3 years in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital. Teaching ward round for the demonstration in 2007, standardization of teaching ward round in 2008 and characteristics of multi-level teaching ward round were carried out respectively. Results We have formed standardized teaching ward round after 3 years work. Clinical departments have attached much attention to teaching ward rounds. Difference was defined between the medical ward rounds and teaching ward rounds. The level of teaching was improved in our hospital. Conclusions It is essential to develop uniform standards and standardize teaching ward round at hospital-level, strengthen teachers' teaching consciousness and cultivate interns' clinical working ability, which may improve the teaching quality.
