The establishment and practice of standardized training system for residents

The work for residents training in Union Hospital of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, was introduced in this article, such as the practice of "dual guidance system", the establishment of senior clinical skills training bases for residents and the development of comprehensive assessment system. A good residents training system was established and the quality of residents training was greatly improved.
