上海市卢湾区不同人群隐孢子虫感染情况调查

目的]探讨中心城区不同人群隐孢子虫感染情况,为预防隐孢子虫病提供科学依据。方法]采用改良抗酸染色法筛选,间接免疫荧光法(IFA)确定隐孢子虫感染情况。结果]共收集不同人群粪样500份,隐孢子虫感染率为4.80%,其中腹泻病人隐孢子虫感染率为5.30%,养狗家庭居民隐孢子虫感染率为13.33%,社区居民无隐孢子虫感染。病例对照调查显示,食不洁食物、食品生熟交叉污染及家庭养狗是隐孢子虫感染的危险因素。结论]中心城区腹泻病人和养狗居民存在隐孢子虫感染,应该加强宣传。注意饮食和个人卫生,饲养宠物家庭注意宠物卫生,不玩宠物并养成勤洗手的好习惯,是预防隐孢子虫感染的有效方法。

A survey on cryptosporidium parvum cryptosporidiosis in different people of Luwan district Shanghai

Objective] The infection of some cryptosporidiosis were studied to provide scientific bases for prevention. Methods] A direct modified acid-fast stain method, a monoclonal antibody-based indirect immuno fluorescence assay (IFA) were used. Results] The total infection rate of cryptosporidium parvum of cryptosporidiosis in different people was (4.80%)(24/500).Among them, the infection of cryptosporidiosis with diarrhea was 5.30%, the infection rate of cryptosporidiosis in families with domestic dogs was 13.33%. Conclusion] There are cryptosporidiosis in central districts. The effective way to prevent cryptosporidiosis is strengthening hygienic propagation and paying attention to diet hygiene.
