紫外线局部照射治疗白癜风疗效观察

目的探讨紫外线局部照射治疗白癜风的疗效。方法 128例白癜风患者采用紫外线光疗仪进行局部照射治疗,观察白癜风部位的色素生长情况,判定紫外线局部照射的疗效,并对影响疗效的相关因素进行分析。结果治疗4个疗程后,128例患者治疗总有效率为75.0%,治疗后患者平均色素积分显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。不同皮损部位的总有效率自高至低依次为头面部、颈部、躯干及其他部位、手足部;头面部和颈部的治疗效果优于手足部(P<0.05)。照射20、30和40次时的总有效率显著高于照射10次(P<0.05),照射30和40次时总有效率显著高于照射20次(P<0.05);但照射30次与照射40次时的总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论根据患者白癜风皮损部位制定适宜的紫外线照射治疗方案可获得良好的治疗效果。

Effect of local ultraviolet irradiation for the treatment of patients with vitiligo

Objective To investigate the effect of local ultraviolet radiation for the treatment of patients with vitiligo. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight patients with vitiligo were treated with local ultraviolet radiation by ultraviolet light therapy instrument.The effect was assessed by observing pigment growth of the vitiligo parts,and the related factors of curative effect were analyzed. Results After 4 courses of treatment,the average pigment integral after treatment was significant higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the skin lesions of different parts from high to low in order were the head and face,neck,torso and other parts,hand and foot.The effects of head,face and neck were significantly better than those of hand and foot(P<0.05).The total effective rates of 20,30 and 40 times treatment were significantly higher than those of 10 times(P<0.05);the total effective rates of 30 and 40 times treatment were significantly higher than those of 20 times(P<0.05);but there was no statistical significance in the total effective rate between 30 times and 40 times irradiation(P>0.05). Conclusion Designing the suitable ultraviolet radiation therapeutic regimen according to skin lesion site of patients with vitiligo can obtain a good therapeutic efficacy.
