三七活血通络贴的定性定量分析

目的对三七活血通络贴进行定性定量分析。方法采用薄层色谱法对三七、小茴香、乳香、秦艽、续断、川牛膝、冰片进行定性鉴别。采用高效液相色谱法测定样品中川续断皂苷Ⅵ的含量,采用气相色谱法测定样品中龙脑的含量。结果各薄层色谱中,在与对照品相应的位置上显相同颜色的斑点,阴性对照未见干扰。川续断皂苷Ⅵ在0.3～1.5μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为99.17%;龙脑在0.14～0.70μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 7,平均加样回收率为98.78%。结论定性定量检测方法简便,结果准确,重复性好,可用于三七活血通络贴的质量控制。

Qualitative and Quanlitative Analysis of Sanqi Huoxuetongluo Paste

Objective To analyse the quality of Qianghuo Qufengtongluo paste.Methods Notopterygii Rhizoma Et Radix,Puerariae Lobamle Radix,Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Foeniculi Fructus,Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma and Borneolum Syntheticum in the preparation were identified by TLC,and the content of akebia saponin D and Borneol were determined by HPLC and GC respectively.Results The method of TLC was simple,accurate and specific,and negative control without interference.The linear range of akebia saponin D was 0.3-1.5 μg,r=0.999 9,and the average recovery was 99.17%.The linear range of Borneol was 0.14-0.70 μg,r=0.999 7,and the average recovery was 98.78%.Conclusion The methods were simple and accurate,with good reproducibility.It can be applied to the quality control of Sanqi Huoxuetongluo paste.
