胸腔积液中癌胚抗原及CA125和CA153联合检测对肺癌的诊断意义

摘    要:目的评价胸腔积液中癌胚抗原(CEA)、CA125及CA153联合检测在肺癌诊断中的价值。方法对44例肺癌患者及47例非肺癌患者的胸腔积液进行CEA、CA125和CA153检测。结果肺癌患者胸腔积液中CEA、CA125及CA153水平均显著高于非肺癌患者(P<0.01)。胸腔积液中CEA、CA125及CA153水平联合检测对诊断肺癌的敏感性最高,优于单项指标检测敏感性(P<0.05);但特异性与各单项指标检测比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胸腔积液中CEA、CA125及CA153联合检测对诊断肺癌的敏感性高。

Abstract:Objective To assess the diagnostic value of combined detection of carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA),CA125 and CA153 in the pleural effusion to lung cancer. Methods The levels of CEA,CA125 and CA153 in the pleural effusion of 44 patients with lung cancer and 47 patients without lung cancer were detected. Results The levels of CEA,CA125 and CA153 in patients with lung cancer were significantly higher than those in patients without lung cancer(P<0.01).The sensibility of combined detection of CEA,CA125 and CA153 was highest for diagnosis of lung cancer,it was obviously higher than other single detection(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in the specificity(P>0.05). Conclusion The sensibility of combined detection of CEA,CA125 and CA153 in the pleural effusion is high for diagnosis of lung cancer.
