| 摘 要： | 目的建立桑菊感冒片中桔梗皂苷D的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器（HPLC-ELSD）法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱（5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm）,流动相为乙腈-水（25∶75）,流速0.8 mL/min,ELSD漂移管温度105℃,载气（N2）流速2.5 L/min。结果桔梗皂苷D在0.54～5.40μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9997）,平均回收率为99.21%（n=5）,RSD=0.97%。结论本方法准确、可靠,重复性好,灵敏度高,可作为桑菊感冒片的质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a quantitative method to determine the content of platycodin D in Tablet of Sangju for Common Cold.Methods High performance liquid chromatagraphy-evaprorative light scattering dector(HPLC-ELSD) method was adopted.Platycodin D was performed in a Diamonsil C18(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm) column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(25∶75).The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,the temperature of drift tube was set at 105 ℃,and the gas flow(N2) was set at 2.5 L/min.Results The linear range of platycodin D was 0.54-5.40 μg(r=0.999 7).The average recovery was 99.21%(n=5),and RSD was 0.97%.Conclusion This method is reliable,accurate,which offers advantages of higher sensitivity and precision.It can be used for quality control of Tablet of Sangju for Common Cold. |
