摘    要:目的优选冰荷洗剂最佳水提工艺条件。方法采用正交试验,以绿原酸浸出量、浸膏得率为指标,用多指标综合评分法进行数据处理,优化提取条件。结果最佳水提工艺为药材浸泡0.5 h,提取2次,加水量分别为10、8倍,提取时间分别为1.0、0.5 h。结论该提取工艺合理,稳定可行。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process conditions of Binghe Lotion.Methods Orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum extraction process by using the content of chlorogenic acid and total solid matters as indexes.Data processing was carried out with multi-index comprehensive evaluation method for optimizing the extaction condition.Results The optimum extracting condition was:soaking medical materials in water for 0.5 hour,boiling two times,1.0,0.5 hours respectively,the amount of water used was 10,8 times of the drug mixture respectively.Conclusion The optimized extraction process was practical,steady and feasible.
