穴位推拿结合抗痉挛技术抑制脑卒中患者上肢肌痉挛疗效观察

目的观察穴位推拿结合抗痉挛技术对脑卒中患者上肢肌痉挛的改善情况。方法 40例脑卒中后上肢肌痉挛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。观察组以穴位推拿结合抗痉挛技术治疗,对照组以神经肌肉促进术中的抗痉挛技术治疗,每日2次,在治疗后第4周和12周分别评定疗效,在治疗前和治疗后运用改良的Ashworth量表(MAS)和运动功能评定量表中的上肢运动功能测试部分(U-FMA)进行上肢肌张力和运动功能的评定。结果 2组患者治疗后MAS和U-FMA评分与治疗前比较有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组治疗后MAS和U-FMA评分比较,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2种治疗方法均能改善上肢肌痉挛和运动功能,但穴位推拿结合抗痉挛技术在改善上肢肌痉挛和运动功能方面优于单纯抗痉挛技术。

Curative effect observation of acupuncture point massage combined with antispasmodic technology inhibition on spasm of upper limbs in stroke patients

Objective To evaluate the improved condition of acupuncture point massage combined with antispasmodic technology on spasm of upper limbs in stroke patients. Methods Forty patients with upper limb muscle spasm after stroke were randomly divided into observation group(n=20) and control group(n=20).Acupuncture point massage combined with antispasmodic technology was used for treatment in observation group,and antispasmodic technology was used for treatment in control group,2 times a day.Curative effects were evaluated at the 4th week and 12th week after treatment separately.Upper extremity muscle tone and motor function were evaluated before and after treatment using modified Ashworth scale(MAS) and the upper extremities motor function test of Fugl-Meyer movemert assessment(U-FMA). Results Compared with before treatment,the scores of MAS and U-FMA after treatment were improved markedly in two groups,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of MAS and U-FMA after treatment in observation group were better than those in control group,and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Two kinds of therapy were able to improve the upper limb muscle spasms and motor function,but in improving the upper limb muscle spasms and motor function,acupuncture point massage combined with antispasmodic technology was better than pure resistance spasms technology.
