云南临沧佤族地区胆石病2 870例临床分析

目的了解临沧佤族地区胆石病的临床特点。方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2004年12月手术治疗的2870例胆石病患者的临床资料。结果30岁以下9.9%,40~59岁53.7%。胆囊结石90.8%,胆总管结石7.6%,肝内胆管结石1.6%。胆固醇结石67.9%,胆色素结石32.1%。结论临沧佤族地区胆石病的结石类型以胆固醇结石最多(67.9%),女性多于男性(2.1∶1);胆囊结石均高于国内统计资料;高发年龄段为40~59岁。

Clinical analysis of 2 870 cases with cholelithiasis in Wa nationality area of Lincang town, Yunnan province

Objective To understand onset and clinical features of cholelithiasis in Wa nationality area of Lincang town. Methods The clinical data of 2 870 cases with cholelithiasis treated with surgical operation from January 2000 to December 2004 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The cases at age of under 30 years accounted for 9.9% and those at age of 40-59 years for 53.7%. Of all, cholecystolithiasis was frequently encountered (90.8%) but choleduocholith (7.6%) and hepatolithiasis (1.6%) were less discovered. In the meantime, cholesterol lithiasis accounted for 67.9% and bile pigment caculus for 32.1%. Conclusion There are special features for cholelithiasis in Wa nationality area of Lincang town in regard of type, position, sex, age and dietary habit.
