多层螺旋CT灌注对非小细胞肺癌放、化疗疗效价值运用分析

目的 探讨多层螺旋CT灌注在非小细胞肺癌放、化疗疗效评定中的作用.方法 选择我院收治的48例非小细胞肺癌患者,行多层螺旋CT灌注扫描其放、化疗后病灶,利用CT灌注软件处理图像,测定治疗前后病变的血容量（BV）,强化峰值（PEI）,对比剂达到峰值耗时（TTP）,并比较治疗前后差异1].结果 非小细胞肺癌患者治疗前后血容量,强化峰值差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,对比值达到峰值耗时差异无统计学意义（P＆gt;0.05）.结论 多层螺旋CT灌注对非小细胞肺癌放、化疗疗效的判断具有重要价值,值得临床推广.

Analysis of application value of multislice CT perfusion on radio-chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To discuss the role of multislice CT perfusion in the evaluation of radio-chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 48 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were given MSCT perfusion to scan the nidus after radio-chemotherapy. Blood volume （ BV）, peak enhancement image （ PEI）, and time to peak （TIP） contrast agent were detected and compared before and after the treatment. Results The differences of BV and PEI were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but the differ- ence of TIP showed no statistical significance （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Multislice CT perfusion has important value to judge the curative effect of radio-chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, which is worthy of widely clinical promotion.
