中药保留灌肠配合血液透析治疗尿毒症的研究

目的 :观察中药保留灌肠配合血液透析治疗尿毒症的疗效。方法 :将同期入院的尿毒症患者 42例随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,两组除采取一般治疗外 ,均采取血液透析 ,治疗组加用中药保留灌肠 ,1日 1～ 2次 ,并延长透析时间间隔。观察两组治疗前后临床生化指标变化。结果 :治疗 2个月后 ,两组透析效果、生活质量及肾功能改善情况均无明显差异 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;治疗组较对照组透析时间间隔明显延长 ,差异有显著性意义 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;治疗前后残余肾功能 ,治疗组相对稳定 ,对照组有下降趋势。结论 :中药保留灌肠配合血液透析治疗尿毒症 ,在不影响患者生活质量及透析效果的情况下 ,可以延缓残余肾功能的进展 ,显著延长透析时间间隔 ,并能预防长期透析带来的不良反应 ,值得进一步推广。

Study on Treating Uremia with Herbs Retention Enema and Hemodialysis

Objective: To observe the curative effect of herbs retention enema and hemodialysis on treating uremia.Methods:42 cases of uremia who entered the hospital in the same period were divided randomly into treatment group( n =20) and control group( n =22). Both groups were treated by hemodialysis besides common treatment. The treatment group was treated plus herbs retention enema for 1~2 times a day, delaying the time space of hemodialysis. The vary of clinical biochemistry indexes were observed before and after treatment.Results: After treatment for 2 months, there were no significant difference in hemodialysis, living quality and renal function improvement between the two groups( P <0.05). The time space of hemodialysis in treatment group was delayed obviously more than that in control group( P <0.05). The left renal function in treatment group was comparatively stable before and after treatment, while that in control group reduced in control group after treanment( P <0.05). Conclusion:Treating uremia with herbs retention enema and hemodialysis can significantly protect the left renal function, delay the time space of hemodialysis, and effectively prevent the side effect due to long period hemodialysis, without impacting on the patients' living quality and hemodialysis effect, which is worth to practice in clinics.
