| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨氯吡格雷对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及血清高敏感C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平的影响。方法：选择急性脑梗死患者100例，随机分为氯吡格雷治疗组、对照组各50例，两组患者均在治疗前及治疗后14d时采用乳胶增强免疫比浊法检测hs-CRP，并行神经功能缺损记分（NIHSS）量表测定。结果：治疗后14d氯吡格雷治疗组神经功能缺损评分与对照组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；治疗后14d治疗组hs-CRP水平明显低于对照组，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：氯吡格雷能改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能，对急性脑梗死后继发炎症反应有抑制作用。
