| 摘 要： | 以 SCL—90总症状指数为指标,发现深圳移居者的心理健康水平高于原当地居民。影响移居者心理健康的主要因素是:(1)过去一年里经历的负性生活事件;(2)在深圳居住时间;(3)对工作满意的程度;(4)对移居的态度;(5)移居后的社会支持水平。

| Abstract: | The mental health,life events and social support of 230 mig-rants to Shenzhen were compared with that of 236 Shenzhen local residents in theassessment of SCL-90,a life events scale self-designed and the Social Support Sca-le.The migrant group experienced significantly more negative eventsin the lastyear than that of local group(mean-LCU 9.37 v.7.66;P<0.01),and they hadalower mean social support score(33.77 v.35.78;t=3.24,P<0.01).Despite the-sedifferences,the overall level of mental health of the migrants was much high-er than that of the local ones(mean SCL-90 general symptomatic index:0.311v.0.407;P<0.01).In a stepwise multiple linear regression analysis,the factorsmost relevant to the mental health of the migrants were(1)negative life eventsin the last year;(2)the duration of residence in Shenzhen;(3)satisfication withthe current employment;(4)attitude towards migration and(5)social support. |
