| 穴位敷贴加理疗治疗产后尿潴留的疗效观察及护理体会 | |

| 摘 要： | 为观察穴位敷贴加理疗治疗产后尿潴留的临床疗效，104例产后尿潴留患者给予关元穴和中极穴进行穴位敷贴，配合神灯照射神阙穴，每次20～30min。结果：显效74例，有效18例，无效12例，总有效率为88．5％。提示穴位敷贴加理疗可有效治疗产后尿潴留，并应加强产后护理。 |

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application plus physical therapy in the treatment of postpartum uterine retention,104 subjects were treated by herbal application on Zhongji(CV6) and Guanyuan(CV4)plus irradiation at Shenque(CV8),for a session of 20-30 minutes.Results:Among 104 cases,74 cases got mark ed effectiveness,18 cases effectiveness and 12 cases failure,with a total effective rate of 88 5%.It is indicated that this method is effective for postpartum uterine retention and nursing care should be enhanced. |
