某市公交汽车司机、售票员神经行为功能调查与研究

摘    要:目的 调查交通污染对司机和售票员神经行为功能的影响。方法 采用“WHO推荐的神经行为核心测验组合 (WHO -NTCB)”对某市公交公司 4 6名男性司机、2 4名男性售票员和某校 5 2名在校男生的神经行为功能进行测试 ,同时调查他们工作环境中的有害职业因素强度以及自觉症状的发生率。结果 司售人员工作环境中的有害因素强度明显高于对照组室内工作环境 ,他们的自觉症状头痛头晕、睡眠障碍、记忆力减退、全身乏力症状的发生率显著高于对照组。在行为功能测试中 ,司售人员的平均反应时、目标追踪、数字译码、视觉记忆、数字跨度测试得分与对照组有显著性差异。在情感调查中 ,司机组的疲劳 -惰性和售票员的紧张 -焦虑得分与对照组有显著性差异。结论 交通污染对司机和售票员的神经行为功能已造成了一定程度的损害 ,且随着时间的推延有进一步加重的趋势。因此 ,应加强此类职业人群的健康保护。目的 调查交通污染对司机和售票员神经行为功能的影响。方法 采用“WHO推荐的神经行为核心测验组合 (WHO -NTCB)”对某市公交公司 4 6名男性司机、2 4名男性售票员和某校 5 2名在校男生的神经行为功能进行测试 ,同时调查他们工作环境中的有害职业因素强度以及自觉症状的发生率。结果 司售人员工作环境中的有害因素

Abstract:To investigate nerve behavior function of drivers and busmen, find adverse occupational factors in their work environment and study the incidence of their self-consciousness symptom too. 46 male drivers and 24 male busmen in public traffic automobile company were selected for investigation with WHO-NTCB. Some students in school were selected as control group. The results manifested that the intensity of adverse occupational factors in drivers and busmen s work environment were higher than that in control group. Their self-consciousness symptom, included headache, dizzy, dyssomnia, anamnesis letdown, inertia, the incidence of drivers and busmen were significant higher than that in control group. In behavior function test, drivers and busmen s scores in average reaction time, target tracing, digit decoding, visual memory and digit span were higher than that in control group, and also with statistically significant. In feeling investigation, the scores of fatigue, inertia of drivers and the scores of Strain-Anxiety of busmen were higher than that in control group, and with statistically significant.
