农村妇女孕产期性生活状况及宫颈炎患病情况调查结果分析

目的:了解农村育龄妇女孕产期性生活状况及宫颈炎患病情况。方法:采用整群抽样方法抽取甘肃省陇南市马街镇30～49岁农村育龄妇女进行面对面访谈式问卷调查。结果:26.0%和14.5%的育龄妇女分别在妊娠的前3个月和后3个月内有性生活,79.5%的育龄妇女在产后2个月内就开始了性生活;妊娠晚期和产后1个月和2个月之间有性生活的人群宫颈炎的患病率高(P(0.01)。结论:农村育龄妇女孕产期性生活状况是宫颈炎患病的一个危险因素,应加强生殖健康知识教育。

Investigation on the state of sexual activity in gestation and circumnatal period and the prevalence rate of cervicitis in rural women

Objective:To understand the state of sexual activity of gestation and circumnatal period and the prevalence rate of cervicitis in rural women.Methods:The rural women aged 30 ~ 49 in Majie town of Longnan city of Gansu Province were choosed randomly by cluster sampling and the questionnaires were filled in by interview of face to face.Results:26.0% and 14.5% rural reproductive age women had sexual life in the first and the last three months of gestation period respectively,79.5% of them had sexual activity in 2 months after delivery.The prevalence rate was higher in those who had sexual activity in advanced stage of pregnancy and between 1 and 2 months after delivery(P<0.01).Conclusion:It is a risk factor for cervicitis that the state of sexual activity of gestation and circumnatal period,so the education of reproductive health should be strengthened.
