VEGF在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及其意义

目的观察血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在子宫内膜异位症（EMS）中的表达并探讨其在EMS发病机制中的作用。方法利用免疫组化法检测VEGF在30例EMS的异位内膜及在位内膜组织、30例正常子宫内膜组织中的表达。结果VEGF在异位内膜的表达显著高于在位内膜和正常子宫内膜（P〈0.05）。VEGF在EMS在位内膜的表达显著高于正常子宫内膜（P〈0.05）。结论VEGF在EMS的发生、发展中起重要作用。

Expression and Significance of VEGF in Endometriosis

Objective To observe the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in endometriosis,and to explore its possible role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Methods The expression of VEGF in 30 normal endometrium,30 ectopic endometrium and eutopic endometrium were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the data was analyzed with SPSS11.0 statistical software.Results The expression level of VEGF in the ectopic endometriotic tissues was significantly higher than those in the eutopic endometrium and nomal endometrium(P<0.05),and the expression level of VEGF in the eutopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in nomal endometrium(P<0.05).Conclusions VEGF may contribute to the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
