| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乳腺癌放疗致局部皮肤损伤的预防及护理措施。方法：在放疗期间使用皮肤防护剂与放疗期间不使用任何药物进行比较。结果：放疗期间使用皮肤防护剂局部皮肤损伤发生率显著降低（P〈9．05）。同时，对于已经发生局部皮肤损伤的病人使用庆大霉索加维生素B12混合液湿敷，可以明显减少局部渗液，减轻疼痛，使病人在短时问内恢复正常。结论：积极预防，及时有效的对症处理是减轻乳腺癌放疗皮肤损伤和痛苦的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the prevention and nursing measures to local skin damage caused by radiotherapy in breast cancer.Methods:The trial group was used with skin protectant during radiotherapy,but the control group without skin protectant during radiotherapy.The incidences of skin damage in two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of Skin damage in the trial group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Meanwhile:hydropathic compress of local skin damage caused by radiotherapy could decrease the exudation and ache,and enable the patients to recover in a shorter time.Conclusion:Active prevention and prompt effective nursing care are the keys to decrease the skin damage and ache caused by radiotherapy in breast cancer. |
