| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹部手术后发生功能性胃排空障碍的病因,以及诊断和治疗方法。方法对10年来该院收治的腹部手术后发生的43例功能性胃排空障碍的病历进行总结分析。结果43例患者经过10d￣34d的非手术治疗均治愈出院。结论功能性胃排空障碍多发生于大手术后,并以老年人及伴有慢性消耗性疾病患者居多。静脉营养支持辅以胃肠动力药配合治疗均可以治愈。明确诊断是关键,胃镜检查和胃肠道造影对鉴别诊断有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To explore the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of functional delayed gastric emptying (FDGE). [Methods] To analyse the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of 43 cases of functional delayed gastric emptying after abdominal operation, since 10 last years at our hospital [Results] All of 43 cases have been cured to go away hospital through 10~34 days. [Conclusion] Patients usually appear more to FDGE after abdominal operation of patients and senior, suffer from gradually depleted disease. All of patients may be cured by TPN and motive force medicine of intestines and stomach. Clear diagnosis is key, Gastrointestinal radiography and endoscopy are important diagnostic methods. |
