基于人文关怀的医院绩效管理与薪酬激励

摘    要:通过薪酬制度的激励功能,医院管理者能够使薪酬转变为推进医院战略和核心价值观的激励因素。医院绩效管理应当避免片面追求经济效益,在“以患者为中心,以医疗质量为核心”的前提下,在合理用药、合理检查、科学诊治的基础上,通过对医院不同科室在医疗质量、工作质量、成本消耗、工作量大小、管理情况等各方面因素的综合评定,进行利益再分配,能够充分发挥分配的激励作用,有效地强化医院和科室的管理。

Performance Management and Salary Incentive based on Humane Concern in Hospitals

Abstract:From its motivator function of salary system, hospital managers can transform salary into incentive factors to promote hospital's strategy and core value. The author suggests that single -faceted pursuit for economic benefits should be avoided in hospital performance management. Under the precondition of patient - centered and quality- cored medical service, the new way of bonus allocation integrated medical quality, cost consumption, workload and management indicators to inspire medical staff and promote hospital management and development.
