摘    要:目的:针对目前医学生临床诊疗操作机会减少以及临床动手能力普遍下降的问题,探索临床技能培训和提高学生临床实践能力的有效方法。方法:应用各种医学人体穿刺模型,对92名儿科学专业实习生采用摸底考核、观摩、操作、指导、再操作、再考核方式,教师脱产专职集中分组短期强化培训实习生临床常规穿刺技术,比较培训前后考核成绩。结果:学生常规穿刺的术前准备、操作具体步骤、操作手法规范程度、熟练程度、无菌观念、术后事项及总成绩均有明显提高(P〈0.05);多数学生对该方法表示赞同。结论:应用穿刺模型短期强化培训实习生临床穿刺技术,有利于快速提高学生的临床穿刺技能。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effective method of clinical skill training and method of improving clinical practice ability of medical students.Method By applying medical models,92pediatric students were trained by the manner of being examined before training,observing,exercising,appraising and being examined again after training.The teachers trained students in full-time.The scores of before and after training were compared.Result Preoperative preparation,specification level,dexterity degree,aseptic concept,postoperative matters and total score were significantly improved(P <0.05);Most students agreed this training manner.Conclusion Short-term reinforced training by applying medical models is helpful for improving students'clinical puncture skills rapidly.
