摘    要:本文报告85例髋臼骨折的分型及治疗方法。指出应用CT扫描能明确髋臼骨折的形态,对治疗方法的选择有极大的指导意义。47例采用外展30°骨牵引配合粗隆下骨牵引治疗,本法特别适用于髋臼粉碎骨折并股骨头中心性脱位者,介绍了38例手术的术式及内固定材料的选择,首次报道了应用螺钉钢丝张力带固定后柱骨折的新方法。本组随访84例,优良66例(77.6%),18例有不同程度的并发症。因而强调髋臼骨折应在2周内力求解剖复位或使移位控制在3mm以内。

Abstract:The classification and treatment of the acetabular fracture in eighty-five cases were reported in this article. CT scan can clearly show the shape of the acetabular fracture,and has the great instructing meaning in the choice of treat methods. Forty-seven cases were treated by the bone traction in 30?abduction and bone traction under the great trochonter. This method is fit to the patients with comminuted fractures of acetabulum and the central dislocations of the femoral head. The methods of operation and the materials of the internal fixation of thirty-eight cases were introduced. A new method of tension-bands combined with screws and steel-wire in fixation of posterior column was reported firstly. The follow-up showed that the excellent results were obtained in sixty-six cases(77. 6%),and eighteen cases haved different complications. So the authors emphasized that the acetabular fracture should be reduced to the anatomic location within two weeks or the dislocation of the fracture should be controled within 3mm.
