针灸治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症疗效观察

目的：对比针灸、中药、西药治疗老年性皮肤瘙痒症的治疗效果。方法：130例随机分组，针灸组52例，中药组46例，西药组32例，分别治疗20天后观察疗效。结果：针灸组有效率90．38％，中药组有效率80．43％，西药组有效率75．00％，经统计学处理，P＜0．05，各组间差异有显著性意义。结论：针灸组疗效优于中药组和西药组。

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Senile Cutaneous Pruritus

Purpose To compare the therapeutic effects of acup-moxibustion, Chinese herbs and western medicine for treatment of senile cutaneous pruritus. Methods 130 cases of senile cutaneous pruritus were randomly divided into 3 groups, 52 cases in the acup-moxibustion group, 46 cases in the Chinese herb group and 32 cases in the western medicine group. They were treated respectively for 20 days and then their therapeutic effects were observed. Results The effective rate in the acup-moxibustion group was 90.38%, the Chinese herb group 80.43%, and the western medicine 75.00%, with a significant difference among the 3 groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acup-moxibustion was superior to that of western medicine and Chinese herb respectively.
