| 摘 要： | 目的评估乳腺癌术后患者生存与婚姻质量。方法应用EORTCQLQ—C30量表和Olson婚姻质量问卷对52例手术后1个月以上、年龄在62岁以下的乳腺癌患者及52例对照组进行调查，并筛选出影响乳腺癌患者生存质量的重要因素。结果乳腺癌患者的生存质量低于对照组，躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能、情绪功能、功能领域经济状况及总分等比较，差异存在显著性意义。而乳腺癌患者婚姻质量在婚姻满意度、夫妻交流、性生活3个方面得分明显低于常模。结论乳腺癌术后患者的生存与婚姻质量内涵低于一般人群，有必要对其进行有针对性的心理社会干预，尽可能促进身心康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the quality of life and marital life in women with breast cancer. Methods 52 women aged under 62 years were included in the study one month after mastectomy. The other 52 normal women were control group. Olsan＇s ENRICH questionnaire and EORTC QLQ-C30 were used to assess the quality of marital life and life. Results The study showed that the women with breast cancer had a lower quality of life and marital life than normal women. Conclusion Patients＇ marital life and qulity of life can be influenced. Psychosocial intervention for patients heeds to be implemented in order to maximize the potential for recovery. |
