褪黑素对反复脑缺血再灌注小鼠学习记忆能力及海马CA1区细胞数的影响

摘    要:目的 观察褪黑素 (melatonin,MT)对反复缺血再灌注小鼠学习记忆能力及海马CA1区细胞数的影响。方法 采用清醒小鼠造成反复脑缺血再灌注模型 ,电迷宫法观察小鼠学习记忆情况 ;行为学检测结束后 ,处死动物 ,取出全脑 ,固定切片 ,进行形态学观察。结果 褪黑素中、高剂量组学习及记忆能力与模型组有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5) ,褪黑素 3个剂量组海马 CA1区的细胞数与模型组有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 0 1) ,并与褪黑素有量效关系。结论 褪黑素对反复脑缺血再灌注小鼠学习记忆障碍有预防作用 ,这种作用可能与褪黑素保护海马 CA1区神经细胞有关

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the effects of melotonin(MT)on l earning and memory activity and number of hippocampal CA1 neurons in mice.MethodsUsing the repeated cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model in aw ake mice.The mice were trained in the maze test.After behavioral test,t he brain tissues were removed,fixed,sliced and then were morphologically observe d.ResultsMT dose-relatedly improved learning and memory of cerebral ischemia-reperfused mice,and increased number of hippocam pal CA1 neurons of cerebral ischemia-reperfused mice.ConclusionMT could prevent learning and memory injury induced by repeated ischemia-reperfusion in mice,and this effect maybe partly correlate d with the protected effect of MT on hippocampal CA1 neurons of mice.
