雷公藤总生物碱对雄性大鼠睾丸影响的实验病理研究

摘    要:雄性大鼠一次分别给予1500mg/kg、1000mg/kg、500mg/kg雷公藤总生物碱后,可引起不同程度睾丸生精细胞的损伤,其靶细胞主要为精子细胞和精母细胞。精原细胞未见明显损害。睾丸间质细胞、副睾未见形态学改变。肝、肾形态及功能均无明显变化。生精细胞受损出现的时间及程度与剂量有关,即剂量越大,损害出现越早、越严重。经动态病理观察发现:总碱对生精细胞的损害是可复性的,其抗生育作用与棉酚有很多相似之处。但雷公藤总生物碱能否作为一种男性计划生育用药,还需进一步深入研究和探讨。

Abstract:Studies were undertaken to assess the effects of the total alkaloids extracted from Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook (ATW), a kind of Chinese herb medicine, on fertility of male rats. ATW was given by gastric garage with a single dose, differed from 1500mg/kg, 1000mg/kg, to 500mg/kg. The results show that ATW can cause damage of seminiferous epidermis of testis. Target cells are spermatids and spermatocytes. No significant effect on interstitial cells of testis and spermatogonia are present. All other parameters examined including the serum testosterone level and the histology of various organs and tissues, is normal. The results suggest that ATW has an anti-spermatogenic action similar to that of gossypol. A lot of work should be done in order to know whether it can be used as a kind of male antifertility drug.
