摘    要:课程是贯穿于人才培养过程中应用最为广泛的教育载体,教育是通过课程来实现的.课程的优劣,直接决定了人才培养效果的好坏,因而课程规划在人才培养中具有举足轻重的地位.中医教育应该符合教育的普遍规律,因此课程理论同样适用于中医这个学科.以教育理论研究的视角,从课程规划入手,探讨了中医临床人才培养存在的问题和改革的方向.

Abstract:Curriculum is the most popular educational carrier applied in the process of talent training. Education is accomplished through curriculum, so whether it is good or bad will determine the quality of talents. TCM education should follow the general laws of education, and curriculum theory, therefore, is the same with discipline of Chinese medicine. The existed problems and reform direction of TCM clinical talent training were discussed from the angles of education theory and curriculum plan.
