| 摘 要： | 目的：研究夜来香提取物的抑菌活性。方法：通过滤纸片对夜来香提取物进行了抑菌试验。结果：不同浓度的夜来香提取物对痢疾杆菌和大肠杆菌有一定的抑菌效果，随着夜来香提取物浓度的增加，其对痢疾杆菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌作用增强，呈一定的剂量依赖性。但夜来香提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌却无抑菌效果。结论：夜来香提取物对痢疾杆菌和大肠杆菌有显著的抑菌作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the antimicrobial activity of Cestrum nocturnum L..Methods:Antimicrobial activity of Cestrum nocturnum L.of three kinds of concentrations were experimented with filter paper.Results:Cestrum nocturnum L.shows antimicrobial activity to Dysentery bacilli and escherichia coli.With the increase of concentration of Cestrum nocturnum L.,the antimicrobial activity to Dysentery bacilli and escherichia coli also increased.But they had no antimicrobial activity to staphylococcus aureus.Conclusion: Cestrum nocturnum L.has remarkable antimicrobial activity to Dysentery bacilli and escherichia coli. |
